| المستخلص: | The DSGE models (Dynamic Stochastic General Equilibrium) have shown significant efficiency in the analysis and evaluation of monetary policies. The purpose of this article is to propose a DSGE model for the Algerian economy and to use it in assessing the effectiveness of monetary policy in Algeria.\nAccording to the study, monetary policy in Algeria did not participate in the country's economic activity. This is due to two reasons, according to the study, the first is the increase in cash liquidity that characterized the cash market, and the second is the association of economic agents with imports in most of their economic activity.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018. Les modèles DSGE (Dynamic Stochastic General Equilibrium) ont montré une grande efficacité dans l’analyse et l’évaluation des politiques monétaires. L’objet de ce travail est de proposer un modèle DSGE pour l’économie algérienne ainsi de l’interroger sur l’efficacité de la politique monétaire en Algérie telle qu’elle est menée par la Banque centrale.\nLes résultats de notre étude indiquent que la politique monétaire en Algérie n’a pas participé à l’activité économ ique du pays. Cela est dû, selon cette étude, à la situation d’excès de liquidité qu’a connu le système bancaire algérien et à la dépendance de l’activité économique des importations. أظهرت نماذج DSGE (Dynamic Stochastic General Equilibrium) كفاءة معتبرة في تحليل وتقييم السياسات النقدية، الغرض من هذا المقال هو اقتراح نموذج DSGE للاقتصاد الجزائري واستخدامه في تقييم فعالية السياسة النقدية في الجزائر.\nمن نتائج الدراسة أن السياسة النقدية في الجزائر لم تشارك في النشاط الاقتصادي للبلاد، وهذا راجع إلى سببين حسب الدراسة، الأول ارتفاع السيولة النقدية الذي ميز السوق النقدية، والثاني ارتباط الأعوان الاقتصاديين بالواردات في جل نشاطهم الاقتصادي. |
