| المستخلص: | تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف علي المسئولية الاجتماعية للمرشدة الطلابية في مواجهة مشكلة التنمر المدرسي، من أجل إعداد طالبات سويات قادرات على تحمل أدوارهن والقيام بها على خير وجه، للمساهمة في بناء المجتمع وتقدمه ورقيه، ولتحقيق الهدف الرئيس استخدمت الدراسة مجموعة من الأدوات منها استبيان طبق على طالبات المرحلة الثانوية بعدد (98) مفردة، واستمارة مقابلة مع المرشدة الطلابية بعدد (10) مفردات، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها ارتفاع حجم التنمر وأشكاله وأسبابه بنسب متفاوتة، وتركز دور المرشدات في النصح والإرشاد والتوعية وتنفيذ برامج التدخل المهني وعقد مقابلات فردية وجماعية لأمهات الطالبات المتنمرات. ولقد اقترحت الدراسة رؤية مستقبلية لتعزيز المسئولية الاجتماعية للمرشدة الطلابية في مواجهه مشكلة التنمر المدرسي من خلال مجموعة من الآليات تم ذكرها في متن الدراسة. This study aims to identify the social responsibility of the student guide in addressing the problem of school bullying, in order to prepare students to assume roles karin predators and do their best to contribute to community building and paper offerings to achieve this main objective study used a range of tools including a questionnaire with high schoolers number 98, and guiding student interview form number 10 vocabulary, the study found a collection of the most important results of high volume and forms of bullying and its causes in varying proportions, and focuses the role of guides in advice And outreach and professional intervention programs and individual and group interviews held for mothers of students the venture. The study proposes a vision for the future to promote social responsibility student guide in addressing the problem of school bullying through a variety of mechanisms have been mentioned in the study. As A student leader social responsibility vital and important requirement to prepare students to assume roles and participate in community building. |
