| المستخلص: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على التحديات المواجهة لرياديات الأعمال في مدينة غزة، وتقديم حلول قابلة للتطبيق للتخفيف من حدة هذه التحديات، وكان سؤال الدراسة الرئيس: ما هي التحديات التي تواجه رياديات الأعمال العاملات في قطاع غزة؟ وماهي آليات التغلب عليها؟ وظهرت أهمية هذه الدراسة في تسليطها الضوء على أنها موجهه لقطاع حديث على المجتمع الفلسطيني وهو قطاع النساء الرياديات، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لأنه يلائم المشكلة محل الدراسة، وتم الاعتماد على المسح الشامل في توزيع الاستبيان وعدد المشاريع الريادية(25) مشروع من مختلف القطاعات، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها: تبين أن غالبية المشاريع الريادية هي مشاريع إنتاجية لملائمتها لمهارات الرياديات. وينقص الرياديات الكثير من الدورات التدريبة في مجال الإدارة المالية، ويحتجن إلى برامج تأهيلية ليستطعن إدارة مشاريعهن بشكل جيد. كما أن قانون الاستثمار الفلسطيني لا يقدم أي تشجيع للرياديات. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة توصيات منها: تنصح الباحثتين الرياديات بضرورة الحصول على برنامج تدريبي متكامل قبل البدء بتنفيذ المشروع واكتساب مهارات إدارة المشروع يشمل (إدارة الوقت وإدارة المشاريع، ومسك الدفاتر، ومهارات التسويق، وإدارة المنزل). وتقترح الباحثات على مؤسسات الإقراض وضع برنامج خاص برياديات المشاريع وأن يقدم تسهيلات ائتمانية لهن بشروط ميسرة. وعلى الجهات المعنية من الحاضنات دراسة احتياجات الرياديات التدريبية وتقديمها لهن حتى يستفدن منها. This study aimed to identify the challenges faced to Raadiat business in the provinces of Gaza and overcome mechanisms, in addition to providing viable solutions to mitigate these challenges, and it was a question the study PRESIDENT: What are the challenges facing Raadiat business workers in the Gaza Strip? The study found a number of recommendations including: the researchers recommend that entrepreneurs need to get an integrated training program before starting the implementation of the project and the acquisition of project management skills include (time management and project management, bookkeeping, and marketing skills, and home management). And researchers propose to the lending institutions develop a special program Braadiat projects and provide credit facilities to them on favorable terms. And the stakeholders of the incubators study the needs of entrepreneurs and the training provided to them even benefit from. |
