| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على كتاب بعنوان "دور إدارة المعرفة في دعم عمليات اتخاذ القرارات. مشيرة إلى أن إدارة المعرفة بأنشطتها المتعددة تؤثر على عمليات اتخاذ القرارات في كافة مراحلها. سواء في مرحلة تحديد المشكلة أو تقييم البدائل واختيار البديل المناسب وتطبيقه. وأكدت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن الكتاب يعد من أوائل الكتب التي تناولت دور إدارة المعرفة في بيئات تدعم برامج إدارة المعرفة في المملكة العربية السعودية. ولها السبق في تطبيقها منذ سنوات وبتوضيح ذلك الدور والعوامل المؤثرة فيه. وعرض الإيجابيات التي تميزت بها المنظمات المطبقة عن غيرها. ومناقشة السلبيات في مجريات التطبيق. واهتمام الشركات الكبرى بتطبيق إدارة المعرفة للمحافظة على المعرفة. ولحل مشاكل تسرب الخبراء بالمنظمة إما بسبب التقاعد أو انتهاء عقود العمل لغير السعوديين. وكذلك لكثرة المشاكل الفنية المتكررة في الشركات وما تتسبب به هذه المشاكل الفنية من خسائر بالغة على المنظمة. ومن هنا كان اهتمام الشركات بتطبيق إدارة المعرفة لحل مشكلة تسرب المعرفة ومحاولة تطويرها والسيطرة عليها.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 The study aimed to shed light on a book entitled "The Role of Knowledge Management in Supporting Decision Making Processes" noting that the knowledge management of its multiple activities affects the decision-making processes at all stages, whether at the stage of identifying the problem or evaluating the alternatives, selecting and applying the appropriate alternative. The results of the study confirmed that the book is one of the first books that dealt with the role of knowledge management in environments that support the knowledge management programs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, having a head start in their application in years and clarifying the role and factors affecting it. In addition to presenting the advantages that characterized the organizations which applied knowledge management to others and discussing the negatives in the course of the application. Moreover, the large companies have interest in the application of the knowledge management to maintain the knowledge and to solve the problems of experts leaving the organization either because of retirement or of termination of their employment contracts for non-Saudis. In addition to the frequent technical problems in the companies and the technical losses caused by these technical problems in the organization. Hence, the companies gave interest for applying the knowledge management to solve the problem of knowledge leakage and trying to develop and control it.
