| 520 | |a إن التعليم بشكله الحالي في مصر غير كاف لتطوير مهارات التفكير وتنميتها عند التلاميذ ويرجع ذلك لبعض المشكلات التي يعاني منها معلم المدرسة الابتدائية داخل حجرة الدراسة منها الكثافة والتهوية والاضاءة والفروق الفردية بين التلاميذ والعوامل السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية التي يمر بها المجتمع وكل هذه المشكلات وغيرها يؤثر على تحقيق الأهداف التعليمية وعلى تنمية مهارات التفكير في المدارس كجزء من المنهج التعليمي. والتربية الإبداعية تتطلب وجود المعلم الكفء المؤهل والمدرب، والقادر على القيام بدوره في اكتشاف المبدعين وتوفير الرعاية التربوية اللازمة والمناسبة لهم، وإثراء بيئتهم التعليمية بالخبرات التي تساعد على تهيئة أفضل الظروف لتنمية إبداعهم وقدراتهم إلى أقصى حد ممكن. وللمعلم دور في تربية الإبداع لدى الطلبة لأن النتائج المتحققة من تطبيق أي برنامج لتعليم التفكير الإبداعي تتوقف بدرجة كبيرة على نوعية التعليم الذي يمارسه المعلم داخل الفصل. لذلك لابد من تنشئة اتجاه إيجابي للإبداعية عند المعلم حتى يصير مقتنعا بممارسة هذا السلوك مع طلابه، الذين يتصل بهم ويتفاعل معهم كل يوم ويؤثر فيهم، وبذلك نضمن إلى حد بعيد أن العائد من العملية التعليمية سيكون إيجابيا في اتجاه المستقبل الأفضل من خلال جيل قادر على أن يسلك السلوك. | ||
| 520 | |b Education as it is in Egypt now is insufficient for developing the thinking skills of students. This is due to some of the problems experienced by the teacher in the classroom including density, ventilation, lighting and individual differences among students, political, economic and social factors experienced by the community. All these and other problems affect the achievement of educational goals and the development of thinking skills in schools as part of the curriculum. Creative Education requires the existence of the efficient, qualified and trained teacher able to play his or her role in the discovery of the creative students, making the necessary and suitable educational care available for them, and enrich their educational experiences that help to create the best conditions for developing their creativity and abilities to the extreme possible degree. The teacher has an important role in cultivating creativity among students since the achieved results from applying any program related to teaching creative thinking depends largely on the quality of education practiced by the teacher in the classroom . Accordingly, a positive direction of creativity must be nurtured for the teacher to be convinced of practicing such conduct with his students who are influenced by him. In this way, one ensures to a large extent that the result of the educational process will be positive and that it shall result in a new creative generation. | ||
