| المستخلص: | The aim of the research is to reveal the development of the educational culture of the teacher to face the changes of the twenty-first century . The research used the descriptive approach. The research tool was the questionnaire applied electronically to a group of the teacher students in the General Diploma Program in the Education at the Faculty of Graduate Studies of Education, Cairo University. The number of respondents was 198 individuals. The results of the research found that there are structural and traditional beliefs of the teachers of the research group with a greater tendency towards the structural beliefs and the importance of all educational knowledge proposed for the development of the educational culture of the teacher from the point of view of the research group. In addition to the degree of acquisition of this knowledge from the educational preparation program was medium from the point of view of the research group. The research came out with a set of recommendations, the most important of which is there is a need to understand the cultural and social context in which the process of education and acquiring the skills and basic competencies of the future teacher is important . In addition, there is a need to review the curricula continuously revising from the old information to add everything that is new and innovative in the field of education , as well as organizing seminars on the latest methods and the modern trends in the field of teaching and learning.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن تنمية الثقافة التربوية للمعلم لمواجهة تحولات الحادي والعشرين. واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي. وطبقت أداة البحث وهى الاستبانة إلكترونيا على مجموعة من الطلاب المعلمين في برنامج الدبلوم العامة في التربية بكلية الدراسات العليا للتربية بجامعة القاهرة و بلغ عدد المستجبين 198 فرد. وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى وجود كل من المعتقدات البنائية والتقليدية لدى المعلمين مجموعة البحث مع الاتجاه بصورة أكبر نحو المعتقدات البنائية. وأهمية جميع المعارف التربوية المقترحة لتنمية الثقافة التربوية للمعلم من وجهة نظر مجموعة البحث. وأن درجة اكتساب هذه المعارف من برنامج الإعداد التربوي كانت متوسطة من وجهة نظر مجموعة البحث. وخرج البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات ومن أهمها ضرورة فهم السياق الثقافي والاجتماعي التي تتم فيه عملية التعليم واكتساب المهارات والكفايات الأساسية لمعلم المستقبل. وضرورة مراجعة المقررات الدراسية بصفة مستمرة وتنقيحها من المعلومات القديمة لإضافة كل ما هو جديد ومستحدث في المجال التربوي لها. وأيضاً تنظيم ندوات تتناول أحدث الأساليب والاتجاهات الحديثة في مجال التعليم والتعلم. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 |
