| 520 | |a يهدف البحث الحالي إلى فاعلية تطبيق التعليم الإلكتروني بالمدارس الثانوية الصناعية لمواجهة تحديات العصر، فقد أضحى تطوير التعليم ضرورة لا مناص منها، باعتباره أيسر السبل لتحقيق نهضة حضارية عصرية شاملة في ظل عصر العولمة مما يمكن من مواجهة تحديات العصر ومجاراة التطور التكنولوجي. وقد شهدت السنوات الأخيرة تطورات كثيرة في مجال التعليم حيث تغيرت العديد من المكونات الرئيسية لعملية التعلم من حيث الشكل والوظيفة، فمن حيث الشكل تغير المحتوى من الشكل التقليدي إلي الشكل الإلكتروني متعدد الوسائط المعتمد على الكمبيوتر والإنترنت، وتحولت بيئة التعلم الصفية التقليدية إلى بيئة التعلم إلكترونية، كذلك تغيرت وظيفة المحتوى من مجرد معلومات ومعارف ومهارات معتمدة على النصوص واللغة اللفظية التي يحفظها المتعلم ويعيد إظهارها في الامتحانات إلي معلومات ومهارات ومعارف لها أشكال متعددة تثير في المتعلم تفكيره الناقد ونشاطه العقلي والحركي، كذلك دخلت على المعلم ووظيفته تغييرات منها تحوله شكليا إلي المعلم الإلكتروني حيث أصبحت الدروس الإلكترونية تحتوى على صوت المعلم وتوجيهاته للمتعلم، وأصبح المعلم له دور المرشد والميسر لطلابه لإنجاز الأنشطة التعليمية وتحقيق الأهداف التعليمية أما بالنسبة للمتعلم فأصبح من مستقبل ومتلقى سلبي للمعلومات التي تقدم إليه من المعلم والمحتوى إلي متفاعل إيجابي مع المحتوى ويغلب على دوره النشاط التعليمي. ويعد التعليم الإلكتروني أحد إفرازات التقدم التكنولوجي التي يمكنها أن تساهم في إثراء عمليتي التعليم والتعلم خاصة في ظل ما نواجهه الآن من نيابة الطلب على التعليم، والزيادة المستمرة في أعداد الطلاب والحاجة إلى إتاحة فرص إضافية للتعليم، والرغبة في زيادة دافعيه الطلاب وحثهم على اكتساب وتوظيف المعرفة العلمية بأنفسهم وجعل المتعلم محور للعملية التعليمية وإعادة تشكيل مراكز مصادر التعلم والمعرفة وظهور صيغ جديدة للتعلم مثل معلم عن بعد، ومتعلم عن بعد، وكتاب إلكتروني، وامتحان إلكتروني، والتواصل الإلكتروني، والصف الإلكتروني. ولهذا تزايد الاهتمام في الآونة الأخيرة في مجال البحث التربوي بالتعليم الإلكتروني بهدف تقديم محتوى للمتعلم بطريقة جيدة وفعالة وفى نفس الوقت يتمتع بمزايا اختصار الوقت والجهد والتكلفة ويوفر بيئة تعليمية جذابة ومنبع ضخم للأفكار والمعارف. لهذا يجب أن يصبح التعليم الإلكتروني جزاءا لا يتجزأ من العمل في المدارس الثانوية الصناعية، وخاصة وانه أصبح هناك سهولة وبساطة في استخدام الأجهزة الإلكترونية حتى وإن لم يكن هناك دليل قاطع علي أفضليته في كل جوانب التعليم | ||
| 520 | |b The current research is aimed at effective implementation of e-education in secondary schools for the challenges of the industrial era, it has become the development of education need not be inevitable, as the easier ways to achieve the renaissance of a civilized modern comprehensive under the age of globalization, which can meet the challenges of the times and keep up with technological development. Recent years have seen many developments in the field of education, where many of the key components have changed for the learning process in terms of form and function, it is in terms of form content change from the traditional form to a multi-based PC and Internet multimedia electronic format, and turned traditional classroom learning environment to an electronic learning environment, job content also changed than just information and knowledge and skills based on texts and verbal language, which keeps the learner and restores to appear in the exams to the information, skills and knowledge of its multiple forms raise the learner's thinking critic and his mental and motor, as well as entered on the teacher and function changes, including his conversion a formality to mail the teacher where become electronic lessons contain the voice of the teacher and the guidance of the learner, and became a teacher to him as a mentor and facilitator for the students to complete the learning activities and achieve their educational goals but for the learner became of the future and the recipient of negative information provided to him by the teacher and the content to the positive interactive with content and tend to his role educational activity. The e-learning one secretions technological advances that can contribute to enrich the teaching and learning process, especially in light of what we now face of increased demand for education, continuing in the number of students increases and the need to provide additional opportunities for education, and the desire to increase the motivation of the students and urged them to acquire and employ knowledge scientific themselves and make the learner the focus of the educational process and the re-formation of learning and knowledge resource centers and the emergence of new forms of learning, such as teacher after all, an educated and from a distance, and an electronic book, and test electronic and communication-mail, and grade-mail. That increased interest recently in the field of educational research education-mail in order to provide content to the learner a good and effective manner and at the same time enjoy the benefits of saving time and effort, cost and provides an attractive learning environment and a huge source of ideas and knowledge. This must be the e-learning sanction becomes an integral part of work in the industrial secondary schools, private and that there was an ease and simplicity in the use of electronic devices, even though there was no conclusive evidence of superiority in all aspects of education. | ||
