| المستخلص: | \n استهدف المقال تقديم آراء عن موضوع الشباب نحو فاعل دولي جديد يتحدى العالم. وتناول المقال أربعة محاور . في المحور الأول التحديات التي تعترض مسيرة الشباب عبر العالم. وناقش في المحور الثاني أهم المشكلات التي يواجها الشباب. والمسئوليات التي تقع على عاتق الشباب في المحور الثالث. أما المحور الرابع فقد جاء بأهم إشكاليات الشباب من منظور العلماء. وأهم ما جاء من الإشكاليات هي الإشكاليات الثقافية في الشباب. وقضايا الشباب في إفريقيا نحو التحديات وسبل المجابهة. والشباب وتحديات المشروعات الصغيرة في إفريقيا جنوب الصحراء. والشباب الروسي تحديات مهمة وسياسات فاعلة. وجيل الألفية دراسة للمجتمع الأمريكي. كما عرض تحديات البطالة والديمقراطية والاستقرار. وأخيراً إشكالية الشباب في آسيا التحديات السياسية والمجتمعية. واختتم المقال بضرورة تشجيع مشاركة الشباب في مختلف مجالات المجتمع. وتعزيز الممارسة الديمقراطية داخل الأحزاب. وبناء كوادر حزبية شعبية وإطلاق حرياتهم وفقاً للقانون والدستور. وضمان التمثيل العادل لهم في برلمانات العالم. وضرورة تنشيط دور وزارات ومؤسسات الشباب عبر العالم. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 \nThe article aimed to provide views on the youth towards a new international actor who challenges the world. It dealt with four axes. The first axis was the challenges that face the youth march across the world. The second axis discussed the most important problems that were faced by the young people and the responsibilities that fall on the youth in the third axis. The fourth axis was the most important problems of the young people from the perspective of scientists. The most important problems were the cultural problems in youth, the issues of youth in Africa towards the challenges and ways of confrontation, the youth and the micro-enterprise challenges in sub-Saharan Africa. Beside the Russian youth who were important challenges and effective policies and the millennium generation who was a study of the American society. It also presented the challenges of the unemployment, democracy and the stability. Finally, the problem of youth in Asia is the political and societal challenges. The article concluded that the youth participation in different fields of society should be encouraged, promoting the democratic practice within parties and building popular party cadres and liberating them in accordance with the law and the constitution.
