| 520 | |a استهدف البحث الحالي الكشف عن الفروق في الاتجاه نحو الإرشاد الإلكتروني وفقا للمتغيرات الديموغرافية (النوع، مكان العمل، سنوات الخبرة)، بالإضافة إلى التحقق من مدى إمكانية التنبؤ بالاتجاه نحو الإرشاد الإلكتروني من خلال الأبعاد والدرجة الكلية لمتغيري وجهة الحياة المهنية والتوافق المهني، وتم تطبيق المقاييس الآتية: مقياس اتجاه المرشد الطلابي نحو الإرشاد الإلكتروني، ومقياس وجهة الحياة المهنية للمرشد الطلابي، ومقياس التوافق المهني للمرشد الطلابي، على مجموعة تكونت من (٢٦٢) مرشدا ومرشدة بمنطقة جازان، ومن خلال المنهج الوصفي المقارن وباستخدام المعالجات الإحصائية أسفرت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في الأبعاد والدرجة الكلية لمقياس اتجاه المرشد الطلابي نحو الإرشاد الإلكتروني تبعا لمتغيري النوع ومكان العمل ولمتغير الخبرة فلم توجد الفروق إلا في البعدين المعرفي عند مستوى 0.01 والوجداني عند مستوى 0.05، كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود عدة نماذج تنبؤية للأبعاد والدرجة الكلية لاتجاه المرشد الطلابي نحو الإرشاد الإلكتروني، من خلال بعض أبعاد متغيري وجهة الحياة المهنية والتوافق المهني للمرشد الطلابي، وأسهمت الدرجة الكلية لمقياس التوافق المهني في التنبؤ بالبعدين الوجداني والسلوكي والدرجة الكلية لمقياس اتجاه المرشد الطلابي نحو الإرشاد الإلكتروني، أما الدرجة الكلية لمقياس وجهة الحياة المهنية فلم تسهم في التنبؤ، ونوقشت النتائج وقدمت توصيات ومقترحات لبحوث تالية. | ||
| 520 | |b The current research aimed at identifying the differences in the attitudes of e-counseling according to the demographic variables (gender, workplace, years of experience) and verifying the predictability of the attitudes towards e-counseling through the dimensions and the overall degree of the variables of occupational life orientation and occupational adjustment. The researcher applied the attitudes of students counselors towards e-counseling scale, occupational life orientation scale and occupational adjustment scale on a group consisting of (262) counselors from Jazan region. Through the comparative descriptive approach and the use of statistical treatments, the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the dimensions and the total score of the attitudes of students counselors towards e-counseling scale according to the gender and workplace, while according to years of experience, the differences were found only in the cognitive dimension at the level of 0.01 and the emotional dimension at the level of 0.05. The results indicated that there are several predictive models of the dimensions and the overall degree of attitudes of students counselors towards e-counseling through some dimensions of the variables of occupational life orientation and occupational adjustment. The overall score of the occupational adjustment scale contributed to the prediction of the emotional and behavioral dimensions and the overall score of the attitudes of students counselors towards e-counseling. The total score of the occupational life orientation scale did not contribute to the prediction. The results were discussed and recommendations and proposals for subsequent research were made. | ||
