| 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة على تعرف فاعلية برنامج تدريبي لمعلمي مقرر التربية المهنية في مرحلة التعليم الأساسي في ضوء المعايير المهنية الوطنية في تحسين أدائهم المهني. تكون مجتمع الدراسة وعينته من جميع معلمي ومعلمات مقرر التربية المهنية في محافظة اللاذقية والبالغ عددهم (15) معلماً ومعلمة جرى اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية خلال الفصل الثاني للعالم الدراسي (2014-2015). ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة قامت الباحثة ببناء برنامج تدريبي لتدريب معلمي مقرر التربية المهنية على تدريس أنشطة المادة في ضوء المعايير المهنية الوطنية، واختباراً تحصيلياً من نوع الاختيار من متعدد تكون في صورته النهائية من (38) فقرة، وبطاقة ملاحظة تضمنت (14) معياراً رئيساً و(82) مؤشراً يمكن ملاحظتها في أداء معلمي مقرر التربية المهنية، وتحققت من صدق الأداتين وثباتهما. ولتحليل نتائج الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المعالجات الإحصائية كالمتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية واختبار (Test Wilcoxon). وأظهرت النتائج فعالية البرنامج المقترح، فقد بلغت قيمة الكسب المعدل للمتوسط الكلي للاختبار التحصيلي (1.61) ولبطاقة الملاحظة (1.20)، وتراوحت قيمها لمجالات بطاقة الملاحظة بين (1.14-1.56). اقترحت الدراسة تضمين برامج إعداد معلمي التربية المهنية قبل الخدمة وفي أثنائها لقائمة المعايير المهنية الوطنية التي اقترحتها الباحثة لما لها من انعكاس إيجابي في تحسين أدائهم المهني، وضرورة الاستمرار بتدريب معلمي مقرر التربية المهنية أثناء الخدمة من خلال برامج تدريبية تعمل على تحسين أدائهم المهني. | ||
| 520 | |b The study aims to identify the effectiveness of a training program designed for the teachers of prevocational education course in enhancing their performance at the basic educational level at the public schools of Lattakia Govemorate in the light of the national professional standards. The study sample consists of all the teachers of the prevocational education course with total number of (15) teachers, who were selected intentionally during the second semester of the academic year 20142015-. To achieve the goal of the study, the researcher designed a training program to train teachers of prevocational education course on teaching prevocational educational activities in the light of the National professional standards, in addition to achievement test consisted of 38 items of multiple choice questions, and note card that included (14) main parameters and (82) indicators that can be observed in the performance of prevocational education course teachers. Moreover, these tools were validated and verified. For data analysis section, the researcher used the following Tests like statistical processing, standard deviations, and Wilcoxon Test. The study results shows the effectiveness of the proposed program. The study suggests including the prevocational education teachers preparation programs before and during the service to the list of the National Professional Standards which are suggested by the researcher, due to their positive impact on improving the teachers’ professional performance. Moreover, the study suggests the need to continue the training of prevocational education teachers during service through training programs to improve their professional performance. | ||
