| المستخلص: | The study aims to explore the market of Takaful insurance in Algeria and to see the possibility of its expansion and growth by trying to explore the awareness and interest of the Algerian customer in the services of Takaful insurance and to which extent he prefers it. The data of the study were collected from an available sample using a form prepared to achieve the goal of this study. The study concluded that the individuals from the study sample are aware of the Takaful insurance. They showed a general trend towards approval. There is an interest by these individuals in the Takaful insurance and its services. They have a strong preferential intention towards the services and goods of the Takaful insurance. They showed a general trend towards the approval of preferring the goods of Takaful insurance. هدف الدراسة محاولة استكشاف وعي واهتمام الزبون الجزائري بخدمات التأمين التكافلي ومدى تفضيله لها. تم جمع بيانات الدراسة من عينة ميسرة عن طريق استمارة أعدت لتحقيق هدف الدراسة. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن مفردات عينة الدراسة على وعي ومعرفة بالتأمين التكافلي، حيث أظهرت اتجاها عاما نحو الموافقة، هناك اهتمام من طرف مفردات عينة الدراسة بالتأمين التكافلي وخدماته، مفردات عينة الدراسة لديها نية تفضيلية قوية تجاه منتجات وخدمات التأمين التكافلي. |
