| المستخلص: | تأتي هذه الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على موضوع التمكين القانوني للمرأة الأردنية وانعكاساته على مشاركتها السياسية من خلال تعديل القوانين والأنظمة التي تؤثر على مشاركة المرأة في العملية السياسية سواء على مستوي الانتخابات البرلمانية أو البلدية كمرشحة وناخبة وكذلك المشاركة في المؤسسات السياسية النقابية والمهنية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: بينت الدراسة أن نظرة المجتمع الأردني نحو المرأة ومشاركتها السياسية كانت سلبية، وهذا يعود إلى نظرة المجتمع نفسه وما يسود فيه من عادات وتقاليد لا تعطي للمرأة الأردنية حقوقها في المجالات السياسية بشكل محدد نظرا لكون هذا المجتمع مجتمعا ذكوريا يعتبر أن العمل السياسي عملا يرتبط بالرجل فقط وأن فهم وتحليل مشاركة المرأة السياسية لا يتم بمعزل عن فهم طبيعة المجتمع السياسي والعملية السياسية في المجتمع الأردني وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة القيام بإجراء دراسة شاملة للقوانين والأنظمة ودراسة مدي مرونة هذه القوانين والأنظمة وقدرتها على إتاحة المجال أمام أخذ المرأة الأردنية ليس لدورها السياسي فقط بل وفي جميع نواحي الحياة وتعديل التشريعات. This study comes to highlight the subject of legal empowerment of Jordanian women and its impact on the political participation through the amendment of laws and regulations that affect women's participation in the political process, both on the parliamentary elections level or municipal candidates and voters as well as participation in trade union and professional political institutions. The study found the following results: The study showed that the look of Jordanian society towards women's political participation were negative, and this goes back to look at the community itself and reigns as the customs and traditions do not give Jordanian women their rights in political areas specifically due to the fact that this society a society masculine is considered to work political act is linked to men only, this view has begun. And that the understanding and analysis of women's political participation is not in isolation from understanding the nature of the political community and the political process in the Jordanian society, It recommended the following results: to do a comprehensive study of the laws and regulations and the study of the flexibility of these laws and regulations and its ability to allow the taking of Jordanian women's role is not only political but also in all aspects of life and amending legislation. |
