| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن حرية الفكر من خلال سؤال توطين قيم الحداثة. وتناولت الدراسة محورين، اشتمل الأول على حرية الفكر، السياق والأفق حيث التحول الذي عرفه مفهوم الحرية وحزمة الحريات الذي ينسب إلى منظمات المجتمع المدني العربية ومن بينها الجمعيات الحقوقية وما يرتبط بها من تنظيمات متصلة بمجالات حقوق الإنسان. كما توصل هذا المحور إلى أن اتساع مجال الرأي والتعبير في عالم يزداد تعولما ويتضاعف باستمرار، الأمر الذي نقل وينقل موضوع حرية الفكر إلى مستويات أخرى فلم تعد حرية الفكر تنحصر في إبداء الرأي ونشره، بل إنها ازدادت اليوم اتساعا بحكم اتساع وتنوع فضاءات الفكر والثقافة والإبداع سواء في المستوى الورقي أو في الفضاءات الافتراضية. وأظهر هذا المحور أن المسيرات الاحتجاجية والمظاهرات والعرائض ومختلف التعبيرات والمواقف التي تعنى برصد تحولات الرموز والإشارات المستخدمة في الحياة العامة، يتعلق الأمر بوسائل ووسائط الفكر التي لا تستخدم اللغة الملفوظة أو اللغة المعبرة عنها برموز وأحرف الكلمات. أما الثاني، تحدث عن مطلب توطين القيم المتصلة بقضايا حرية الفكر في ثقافتنا ومجتمعنا حيث يرافق مبدأ حرية الفكر في ثقافتنا المعاصرة مختلف المعارك المرتبطة بديمقراطية وتحديث المجتمعات العربية. وقد تضاعفت أهميته لتواكب وتستفيد من المكاسب التي انتقلت إلى مجتمعاتنا العربية. ومعركة توطين مبادئ وقيم حقوق الإنسان في الفكر العربي تحتاج فعلا إلى معارك سياسية محددة في قضايا موصولة بالتحولات الجارية في المجتمع العربي، ولابد من توضيح أن هذا الدفاع سيكتفى بنسخ قيم الحداثة ومبادئها كما تبلورت في الفكر الحديث والمعاصر بل إنه مطالب بإعادة تركيب مقدمات الحداثة وآفاقها في ضوء تطورات التاريخ المعاصر. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 The study aimed to reveal the freedom of thought through the question of settlement of the modernity values. The study included two topics; the first topic dealt with the freedom of thought, the context and the horizon, in which the concept of freedom and the group of freedoms attributed to Arab civil society organizations, including human rights organizations and related human rights organizations. This topic reached that the breadth of opinion and expression in an increasingly globalized world is constantly increasing. The subject of freedom of thought has been transferred to other levels. The freedom of thought is no longer confined to expressing and spreading opinion, but it now increased by the breadth and diversity of spaces of thought, culture and creativity, even were in the paper level or in virtual spaces. This topic showed that protest marches, demonstrations, petitions and various expressions and attitudes that are concerned with monitoring the transformations of symbols and signs used in public life, the matter are related to means of thought that do not use the spoken language or language expressed in symbols and letters of words. The second topic dealt with the settlement of the values related to the issues of freedom of thought in our culture and society. The principle of freedom of thought in our contemporary culture is accompanied by the various battles related to the democracy and modernization of Arab societies. The importance which has been multiplied to keep pace with the gains that have been transferred to our Arab societies, the battle of settlement of the principles and values of human rights in Arab thought really needs specific political battles in issues connected to the current transformations in Arab society. It must be clarified that this defense will only copy the values and the principles of modernity. Moreover, it crystallized in modern and contemporary thought, and it required re-forming the introductions and the prospects of modernity in light of the developments of contemporary history.
