| المستخلص: | تعاني المناطق المحيطة بالمدارس في معظم أحياء جدة من مشكلة الازدحام المروري أثناء رحلة الذهاب صباحا ورحلة العودة ظهرا، ومن أهم أسباب هذه المشكلة ندرة مواقف السيارات قرب المدارس وكثرة استخدام السيارات الخاصة لنقل الطالبات ووقوفها بالقرب من بوابة المدرسة، مما يربك الحركة المرورية في الشوارع المحيطة بالمدارس ويزيد من المعاناة النفسية والاجتماعية لجميع الأطراف وزيادة فترة الانتظار، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مدى توفر المواقف قرب مدارس البنات في محافظة جدة وفترة انتظار السيارات واستخدام الأساليب الكمية في التحليل قرب تلك المدارس، وسلكت الدراسة المدخل الموضوعي واعتمدت المنهج الوصفي واستخدام الأساليب الكمية في التحليل، وجمعت البيانات من موقع مديرية تعليم البنات، كما تم تطبيق استمارتي استبيان في مواقع مدارس التعليم العام للبنات عام 1430هـ، وخلصت الدراسة إلى نتائج منها، قلة توفر المواقف قرب مدارس التعليم العام للبنات بمحافظة جدة، إذ توفرت المواقف قرب (٢٦%) منها، لأسباب منها ضيق المساحة وعدم توفر الأرض؛ ولم يراع التخطيط لمواقف السيارات عند إنشاء المدارس، كما أن نسبة من مباني المدارس هي مبان سكنية استخدمت كمدارس، وتراوح وقت الانتظار قرب المدارس من ٥ دقائق إلى أكثر من ١٥ دقيقة، وطرحت الدراسة بعض التوصيات لتنظيم الحركة المرورية وتقليل فترة الانتظار. Experiencing the areas surrounding schools in most districts of Jeddah, the problem of traffic congestion during the trip the morning and the return trip at afternoon: One of the main causes of this problem, the limited availability of parking near schools and the frequent use of private vehicles to transport students, stood near the gate of the school, which confuse the traffic in the schools surrounding streets and increase the psychological and social suffering to all parties in addition to increasing the waiting period. The aim of this study was to determine the availability of parking near girls schools in Jeddah and the period of waiting near the schools. The study was descriptive analytical method with the use of quantitative methods, and data were collected from the site of the Directorate of the education of girls, as my application has been applied a questionnaire to sites of general education schools for girls in 1430. The study concluded that the results of which, the limited availability of positions near the general education girls schools in Jeddah, as available parking about (26%). Partly because of space constraints and lack of land, also did not take into account die planning of car parking at the establishment of schools. In addition, the percentage of school buildings are residential buildings used as schools. The waiting time ranged near schools from 5 minutes to more than 15 minutes. The study offered some recommendations about how to make a suitable access to the schools and how to let the girls travel safely from home to schools and from schools to home. |
