| 520 | |e هدفت الورقة البحثية الى الكشف عن معوقات التعليم العالي للطلاب الصم وضعاف السمع. وتكمن أهمية الورقة البحثية في إلقاء الضوء على أنواع معوقات التعليم العالي للطلاب الصم وضعاف السمع. وأشارت الى تحديد أكثر المعوقات التي تواجه هؤلاء الطلاب وتوجيه أنظار القائمين على التعليم العالي للصم وضعاف السمع بطبيعة معوقات التعليم العالي القائمة ومسبباتها. وقدمت مجموعة من الحلول المقترحة للتغلب على هذه المعوقات التي قد تفيد القائمين على التعليم العالي للطلاب الصم وضعاف السمع في استمرار نجاح تعليمهم. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تأهيل الطلاب الصم قبل الالتحاق بالكليات والجامعات وذلك بإلحاقهم بدورات تدريبية أو سنة دراسية تحضيرية لإعدادهم للدراسة الجامعية ومتطلباتها. وضرورة تأهيل المشرفين والمدرسين المكلفين بتدريس مقررات الطلاب الصم بالكليات وتعريفهم بخصائص الصم وضعاف السمع واستخدام لغة الإشارة ليتم التواصل والتعامل مع هؤلاء الطلاب بأفضل شكل. وتوفير المستلزمات المكانية والتجهيزية والتقنية والخدمات المساندة في الجامعات والكليات التي سيلتحق بها الطلاب الصم. كما أوصت بضرورة إنشاء مكاتب خدمات خاصة بالطلاب الصم في الجامعات والكليات التي سيلتحقون بها لتسهيل الصعوبات وحل المشكلات التي تواجههم في سيرهم الدراسي.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 | ||
| 520 | |f The paper aimed to uncover the obstacles of higher education for deaf and hearing impaired students. The importance of the paper is to shed light on the types of impediments to higher education for deaf and hearing impaired students. It pointed to identify the most obstacles faced by these students and to direct the attention of those who are responsible for higher education to the deaf and hearing impaired, the obstacles nature of the existing higher education and its causes. It presented a range of proposed solutions to overcome these constraints that were offered that would benefit the higher education of deaf and hearing impaired students in the continued success of their education. The study recommended the need to rehabilitee deaf students before joining colleges and universities by enrolling them in training courses or a preparatory year to prepare them for university study and its requirements. In addition, there is a need to qualify supervisors and teachers who are taught to teach deaf students in colleges and to introduce them to the characteristics of the deaf and the hearing impaired and use sign language to communicate and deal with these students in the best way. In addition, we should provide spatial, processing, technical and support services in the universities and colleges to which deaf students will join.
