| 520 | |f The article aimed to detect the Hope City Foundation experience pointing out that it is a non-profit organization and publicized in The Egyptian Ministry of Social Solidarity. It was also established in 2014 aiming to be a prominent center that helps people with deafblindness disabilities and visual or auditory impairment with additional disabilities and people who suffer from double and multiple disabilities. This organization also aimed to prepare human cadres working in the field of rehabilitation of blind deaf people and people with visual or auditory impairments and people who suffer from double and multiple disabilities. The article explained the meaning of deafblindness disability, multiple disabilities and quality of life. The article reviewed the appropriate specifications of the curricula presented in the classes of the people who suffer from double and multiple disabilities. It also tackled the conception and moral of Hope City pointing out that the moral of the Foundation is to empower people with special challenges especially deaf blind people, people with visual or auditory impairments with additional disabilities and people who suffer from double and multiple disabilities to obtain the right to education. In addition, it provided them with prominent educational and rehabilitation services to reach their independence and participate effectively in the development of society. The article shed light on the sections of the Foundation, which are the Evaluation Department, the Training and Consulting Department and the Research and Scientific Cooperation Department. The article also referred to using the approach of common form of communication to develop communication between children with disabilities and their disabilities. Moreover, the article emphasized that the use of the Montessori Method is one of the educational methods that help to develop the personality of the child in an integrated manner regarding the psychological, cognitive, sensible, dynamic and social aspects. This method also focuses on developing children's creative abilities. The article concluded that blind deaf children and children with double and multiple disabilities are able to learn and be independent, provided that the conditions are appropriate for them, the provision of qualified teachers and specialists and guide parents to the methods of dealing with their children.
