| المستخلص: | The social work was a fertile ground for attracting and engaging women in it , given the latter's potential for action, participation, and employment. In this context, Hassania women participated in the collective work in a dynamic manner according to their multi-cultural, social and professional tendencies and preoccupations beside men or limited to her companions from women. However, these new options or the multiple trends taken by the presence of Hassania women in the collective work and the dynamic of the fabric, which reflects the growing mobility of her collective awareness, were not confined to a specific field or special scope except after the emergence of the foundation of the associations.
