| المستخلص: | \nهدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مدى معرفة المتقاعدين بالخدمات الفعلية المتاحة لهم. والتعرف على الفروق في درجة معرفة المتقاعدين بالخدمات المتاحة حسب المتغيرات الديموغرافية الجنس. الحالة الاجتماعية. المستوى التعليمي. المستوى المهني قبل التقاعد. المستوى الاقتصادي. مكان الإقامة. والوظيفة قبل التقاعد. كما استهدفت التعرف على ما يتوقعه المتقاعدين من خدمات في ظل رؤية 2030. والكشف عن أبرز مشكلات المتقاعدين والحلول المقدمة لمواجهتها في ظل هذه الرؤية. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتكونت مجموعة الدراسة من 390 متقاعد من مختلف المناطق الإدارية بالمملكة العربية السعودية. وتمثلت أدوات البحث في استمارة البيانات العامة للمتقاعدين واستبيان.\n ومن النتائج التي توصلت لها الدراسة وجود علاقات ارتباطية بين المعوقات التي تواجه المتقاعدين وبعض متغيرات الدراسة. فكلما ارتفع كل من المستوى التعليمي والدخل الشهري والمستوى المهني كلما زادت معرفة المتقاعدين بواقع الخدمات المقدمة لهم في ظل رؤية 2030. وأوضحت انه من أكثر المعوقات التي تمنعهم من الاستفادة من الخدمات المتاحة لهم المعوقات البيئية وانخفاض مستوى التعليم. \nوأوصت الدراسة بضرورة زيادة الاستثمار في التعليم بأنواعه والتدريب بأصنافه. بما يجعل الاستفادة من أصحاب الخبرات المتقاعدة متاحا. ودعم برامج الأسر المنتجة عن طريق الصناديق الحكومية المتنوعة. وتفعيل دور الصناديق الحكومية في المساهمة في تأسيس وتطوير المراكز الترفيهية. فضلا عن توفير المرافق والمنشآت الرياضية بالشراكة مع القطاع الخاص بحيث يكون بمقدور الجميع ممارسة رياضاتهم المفضلة في بيئة مثالية. وضرورة تهيئة بيئة متكاملة تشمل خدمات أساسية ذات جودة عالية من مياه وكهرباء ووسائل نقل عامة وطرقات. مع إنشاء أندية الهواة والأندية الاجتماعية والثقافية وتوفير الدعم المالي اللازم لها.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 The study aimed at revealing the extent to which the retired people are aware of the actual services available to them, and identify differences in the degree of knowledge of retired services available by demographic variables such as sex, social status, Educational level, professional level before retirement, economic level, place of residence, and the job before retirement. It also aimed to identify what the retired expect from services under the vision of 2030, and to uncover the most important problems of retired and the solutions provided to face them under this vision. The descriptive analytical method was used. The study group consisted of 390 retired from different administrative regions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The research tools were represented in the general data form for retired and a questionnaire.\n Among the findings of the study, it was found that there are correlations between the obstacles faced by retired and some study variables. The more the level of education, the monthly income and the professional level were increased, the more knowledge of retired services provided to them under the vision of 2030 was increased. It was explained that the most obstacles that prevent them from benefiting from the services available to them were the environmental constraints and the low level of education. \nThe study recommended the need to increase investment in education and types of training that make it possible to benefit from those with retiring experience, support the productive household programs through various government funds, and activate the role of government funds in contributing to the establishment and development of entertainment centers, as well as the provision of sports facilities in partnership with the private sector so that everyone can practice their favorite sports in an ideal environment.
