| المستخلص: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الدور الذي تلعبه علاقة القادة بالمرؤوسين في تحسين وتطوير أداء المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية، حيث استخدمنا فيها المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لجمع وتحليل البيانات. وقد شمل مجتمع الدراسة القيادات (العليا والوسطى والدنيا) في مؤسسة سوناطراك (المديرية الجهوية لقسم الإنتاج بحاسي مسعود)، حيث اخترنا عينة عشوائية بسيطة مكونة من 50 قائدا من المستويات المختلفة بالمؤسسة، وقد تم جمع البيانات الميدانية من خلال تطوير استبيان لقياس أهداف الدراسة واختبار فرضياتها وقد توصلت نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطيه ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة )0.05a≤) بين القادة وعلاقتهم بالمرؤوسين وتحسين الأداء بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة، ومن خلال الاستنتاجات المتوصل إليها تم اقتراح جملة من التوصيات. This study aimed to know the role played of the relationship between leaders and subordinates to improve and develop the performance of Algerian economic Institution, we used the analytic and descriptive method to collect and to analyze the data, the sample contained (the higher, middle and the lower leaders) of “SONATRACH” (the regional department of production section) in Hassi Messoud. we chose a random sample that consists of 50 leaders from different levels within the institution, and field data were collected filed information through development of a questionnaire to measure the objectives of the study and testing to infuse more clarity, the results of this study has concluded that that that there is a correlation with statistical significance at the level of significance of (a ≤0.05) between the leaders and their relationship with the subordinates and improve the performance of the association of the study, throughout the conclusions reached were the proposal of recommendations. |
