| المستخلص: | وكانت أهم النتائج (أولاً): المعوقات التي واجهت بعض الأندية الرياضية لتطبيق دوري المحترفين وإنشاء شركة كرة القدم لديها لتحقيق اشتراط الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم (الفيفا) كانت كالتالي: ضعف القدرات المالية لبعض الأندية الرياضية تهدد فرص إنشائها لشركة كرة القدم.غياب ثقافة الاحتراف الرياضي الصحيح داخل الأندية.لا يوجد معايير لاحتراف جميع عناصر اللعبة (اللاعب، المدرب، الإداري، الحكم).غياب الكوادر البشرية المحترفة القائمة علي تنظيم عملية الاحتراف.عدم توافر البنية الإنشائية للأندية لإنشاء الشركات.عدم إنشاء رابطة للأندية المحترفة تتبع الاتحاد المصري لكرة القدم تنظم اللوائح والقوانين،عدم دعم الدولة للرياضة كأحدي مجالات الاستثمار والدخل القومي.غياب الخطط التسويقية للأندية الرياضية علي المدى الطويل.، صعوبة تقدير الحصة العينية التي سوف يساهم بها النادي والممثلة في(سعر اللاعبين، واسم الشهرة للنادي) وارتضاء المساهمين لهذا السعر. قانون الهيئات الرياضية لا ينص في اللوائح صراحة علي إنشاء شركة مساهمة تتبع النادي الرياضي. ثانياً : تحديد مدي توافر المعاييرالخاصة باحتراف النادي وفقاً لشروط الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم (الفيفا) جاءت المعايير علي حسب مدي توافرها بالأندية التي تم التطبيق بها وفقاً لما يلي :ثانياً:المعايير غير المتاحة فصل ميزانية كرة القدم بالنادي عن باقي الأنشطة الرياضية الأخرى وإدارتها من خلال مؤسسة محترفة وهي( الشركة )أو إدارة مستقلة.يكون للنادي مصادر مالية تسمح بتمويل الاحتراف.يوفر رواتب لاعبيه بشكل دوري منظم يخضع للوائح الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم ولقانون العمل باعتبارها شركة تقوم علي رعاية مهنه.أن يمتلك كل فريق ملعبه الخاص أو الانتفاع به ، وأن يكون الملعب ذو مواصفات قياسية تتفق مع المواصفات الدولية.أن يكون الجهاز الفني يحمل رخصة تدريب من الاتحاد الإفريقي. يؤمن لاعبيه ضد المخاطر ، الميزانية: على النادي توفير مصادر الدخل من :الرعاية التجارية الحقوق الإعلامية ، احتراف الحكام المسموح لهم بإدارة مباريات دوري المحترفين من خلال التفرغ الكامل وتوقيع العقود مع كل حكم.،التفرغ الكامل للجهاز الطبي وتوقيع عقود الاحتراف للعمل بدوري المحترفين ولا يسمح له بالمشاركة في أي نشاط كروي خاص بالهواة. وكان من اهم التوصيات ، يجب على الاتحاد المصري لكرة القدم اتخاذ الإجراءات الإدارية اللازمة لتفعيل دوري المحترفين وعمل لجنة يكون دروها الاساسي القيام بهذا التفعيل وتذليل العقبات امام الاندية.يجب على الاتحاد المصري لكرة القدم تفعيل لجنة المحترفين داحل الاتحاد .تشكيل لجنة بمعرفة وزير الدولة لشئون الرياضة من الخبراء في مجال الإحتراف والتسويق والإستثمار الرياضي من ذوي الخبرة والكفاءة لتولي مسئولية تقيم الحصص العينية بالأندية الرياضية التي تسعي إليتأسيس شركة مساهمة لإدارة فريق كرة القدم لديها ورفع تقرير تلك اللجنة الي الهيئة العامة للإستثمار لإستيفاء تقدير الحصص العينية التي سوف يساهم بها النادي حيث يعتبر تقدير الحصص العينية هي احدي الإجراءات الهامة في عملية تأسيس الشركة المساهمة.يجب علي الاندية الرياضية أن تتخذ خطوات إيجابية وسريعة لفصل ميزانية كرة القدم بالنادي عن باقي الأنشطة الأخري سواء بتكليف شخص أو أكثر لإدارة ورعاية فريق كرة القدم بالنادي عن طريق تكوين شركة إدارة ورعاية كرة القدم أو تأسيس شركة مساهمة لإدارة وتملك فريق كرة القدم بالنادي وذلك حتي لا يتعرض النادي لعقوبات (الفيفا) والتي تصل الي حد الحرمان من المشاركة في البطولات الرسمية التي تنظمها علي المستوي الاقليمي والدولي.ضرورة تحفيز الدولة للأندية من خلال الإعفاءات الضريبية لتشجيع وتحفيز تأسيس الشركات للاستثمار في المجال الرياضي من خلال (أفراد / شخصيات اعتبارية). - This research aims to identify constraints faced by some sports clubs Egyptian create a football company has to achieve the requirement of the International Federation of Football Association (FIFA ) and the non-application of the professional league until the date of application of the research, identify the availability of standards for professional club under the terms of the International Federation of Football . , To achieve results and solutions to those obstacles that hinder the application of the professional league for football and soccer establishment of a company in the Arab Republic of Egypt . There are no standards for professionalism all the elements of the game ( player , coach, administrative , judgment). absence of human resources professional based on the organization of the process of professionalization . lack of infrastructure construction for clubs to create companies. failure to establish an association of clubs professional follow the Egyptian football governing laws and regulations , lack of state support for sport as one of the areas of investment and national income. absence of marketing plans for sports clubs in the long term . , difficult to estimate the share of in-kind , which will contribute to the club and represented in (the price of the players, and the nickname of the club ) and satisfaction shareholders for this price.
