| المستخلص: | هدف البحت إلى تنمية مهارات التفكير التأملي، ومهارات أنجاز بحوث الفعل من خلال برنامج تدريبي قائم على تطبيقات بحوث الفعل بما ينعكس على زيادة تحسين مستوى الكفاءة المهنية لدى الطلاب المعلمين بالفرقة الرابعة شعبة التعليم الصناعي المعماري بكلية التربية - جامعة حلوان، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (30) طالب وطالبة من طلاب الفرقة الرابعة شعبة الصناعات المعمارية بكلية التربية - جامعة حلوان المجموعة التجريبية - ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة قام الباحث باستطلاع رأى الخبراء والمحكمين في مجال المناهج وطرق التدريس التعليم الصناعي لعمل ثلاث قوائم القائمة الأولى مهارات التفكير التأملي، والقائمة الثانية مهارات الكفاءة المهنية، القائمة الثالثة مهارات أنجاز بحث الفعل، كما تم دراسة محاور البحت الثلاثة والتي تتمثل في محور بحوث الفعل، ومحور التفكير التأملي، ومحور الكفاءة المهنية وذلك للتوصل إلى أسس تصميم البرنامج التدريبي القائم على تطبيقات بحوث لفعل؛ بهدف تنمية كل مهارات التفكير التأملي، والكفاءة المهنية، ومهارات أنجاز بحوث الفعل، وتم إعداد أدوات البحث والتي تمثلت في اختبار مهارات التفكير التأملي، ومقياس الكفاءة المهنية، وبطاقة ملاحظة لقياس مهارات أنجاز بحث الفعل، وقام الباحث بتطبيق أدوات البحث قبلياً المجموعة التجريبية عينة البحث تم تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي بما يحتويه من أنشطة وأوراق عمل تدريبية على طلاب المجموعة التجريبية، تم تطبيق أدوات البحت بعدياً المجموعة التجريبية، وتم إجراء المعالجة الإحصائية لأدوات البحث، وأظهرت نتائج البحث فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي في تنمية كل من مهارات التفكير التأملي، الكفاءة المهنية، ومهارات أنجاز بحوث الفعل لدى طلاب الفرقة الرابعة شعبة الصناعات المعمارية بكلية التربية جامعة حلوان. The aim of the research is to develop the skills of thinking thinking, and the skills of accomplishing the research of the act through a training program based on the applications of the research of the act, which is reflected in the further improvement of the level of professional competence of the students teachers of the fourth division Industrial Industrial Education Department, Faculty of Education The study sample consisted of (30) students and students from the fourth year students of the Architectural Industries Division at the Faculty of Education - Helwan University. The experimental group - To achieve the objective of the study the researcher surveyed the opinion of experts and arbitrators in the field of curricula and methods of teaching industrial education for the work of three lists, And the second list the skills of professional competence, the third list, the skills of the completion of the research of the act, and the study of the three research axes, namely the focus of the research of the verb, and the focus of reflection and the focus of professional competence to reach the foundations of the design of the training program The research tools were designed to test the skills of reflection thinking, the measure of professional competence, and a note card to measure the skills of doing the research. The researcher applied tools The study of the sample of the research sample and then the application of the training program with its activities and training work papers for the experimental group students, then applying the research tools to the experimental group, and the statistical processing of the research tools.
