| المستخلص: | هدف البحث الي دراسة جهود الإمام الكيا الهراسي في الفقه الشافعي. وأشار البحث الي التعرف على الرغبة الصادقة في بيان جهود الإمام مسلم رحمه الله تعالي في صحيحه. وأكد على توجيه الشباب الواعد في المجتمع المسلم لغرس قيمة البحث والقراءة وطلب العلم والتنقيب عن كل علم يفيد عن السنة النبوية. وأشار الي مطالبة الاعلام بتحري الدقة في عرض القضايا الخاصة بالسنة النبوية وعدم السماح بإساءة فهم السنة واعتبارها طريق للقهر والرجعية. وأكد البحث على تقديم المعرفة التامة لعلماء الغرب وخاصة المستشرقين بأن الإسلام لديه علماء مخلصين يدافعون عن الرسول صلي الله عليه وسلم ولا يقبلون منها الا الصحيح من غير تحريف ولا تبديل. كما أوضح البحث أسباب اختيار هذا الموضوع. وأستخدم البحث المنهج الاستقرائي والمنهج التاريخي والمنهج التحليلي. وتناول البحث ثلاثة فصول تمثلت في: الفصل الأول: تناول التعريف بالإمام الكيا الهراسي الشافعي المذهب رضي الله تعالي عنه وقسم هذا الفصل إلي ثلاثة مباحث وهم: المبحث الأول: تحدث عن عصر الإمام الكيا الهراسي ، المبحث الثاني: عن الحالة السياسية ، المبحث الثالث: عن نبذة مختصرة عن السلاجقة. الفصل الثاني: تحدث فيه عن الحالة الاجتماعية، والدينية في عصر الكيا الهراسي. الفصل الثالث: تحدث عن مكانته العلمية، وثناء العلماء عليه. وجاءت نتائج البحث مؤكدة على أن كتب الكيا تعتبر موسوعة علمية ومرجعا مهما خاصة لمن ينتسب إلى مذهب الإمام الشافعي. ووجدت كثيرا من المتأخرين من الشافعية يأخذون بأقواله وآرائه كإمام من أئمة مذهب الامام الشافعي.\nكُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 The research aimed to study the efforts of Imam "Al-Kia Al-Harashi" in al-Shafi'i jurisprudence (Fiqh). The research pointed to the recognition of the sincere desire to demonstrate the efforts of "Al-Imam Muslim", (may Allah have mercy on him), in his Saheeh. the Muslim community to instill the value of research, reading and seeking knowledge, as well as the prospecting of every knowledge of the Prophetic Sunnah. It also called on the media to investigate the issues of the Prophetic Sunnah and not to allow misinterpretation of the Sunnis as a way of oppression and reaction. The research stressed on the need to provide the full knowledge to scholars of the West, especially orientalists, that Islam has sincere scholars defending the Prophet (peace be upon him). They do not accept the Sunnah unless it is true, without distortion or alteration. The research also explained the reasons for choosing this topic. The research used the inductive, the historical approach and the analytical approach. The study dealt with three chapters in the first chapter: dealing with the definition of the Imam "Al-Kia Al-Hrassi Al-Shafi'I's" doctrine, (may Allah be pleased with him) and this chapter was divided into three topics are: the first topic: talk about the era of "Imam Al-Kia Al-Hrassi", the second topic: the political situation, the third topic: A Brief History of the Seljuks the second Chapter: talks about the social and religious situation in the era of Al-Kia. The third Chapter: Talks about his scientific status, and the praise of scholars to him. The results of the research confirmed that Al-Kia books are considered a scientific encyclopedia and an important reference especially for those belonging to the school of Al-Imam Al-Shafei. The results found that many of the late Shaafa'is taking his sayings and opinions as imam of the imams of Al-Imam Al-Shaafa'i.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
