| المستخلص: | هدف البحث إلى تصميم خطة مقترحة للأنشطة الترويحية بالأندية بنظام B. O. T بدولة الكويت وذلك في ضوء معرفة الواقع الفعلي لإدارة الأنشطة الترويحية بدولة الكويت. والتعرف على متطلبات تطبيق نظام B.O.T بالأندية الرياضية بدولة الكويت. وكذلك معرفة المشروع المقترح لإدارة الأندية الرياضية للأنشطة الترويحية بنظام B.O.T. واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي. وتكونت مجموعة البحث في تطبيق استبيان. وأشارت النتائج إلى أن أهداف إدارة الأندية الرياضية موجودة ولكنها غير محددة وواضحة للعاملين. وكذلك عدم وجود خطط لإدارة الأندية الرياضية طويلة المدى من 3 إلى 5 سنوات. وان تطبيق نظم الخصخصة الجزئية في إدارة الأندية الرياضية يمكن أن يؤدي استحداث أساليب جديدة للتمويل ورفع مستوي أداء القيادات العاملة في المجال ومسايرة المستويات العالمية والدولية في إدارة الأندية. وأوصي البحث بتطبيق المشروع المقترح لإدارة الأندية الرياضية لنظام B.O.T بدولة الكويت. وكذلك التأكيد على ضرورة أن ترسخ المؤسسات الرياضية الفكر الاقتصادي المطروح الواعي بأهمية الرياضة وممارستها وتشجيع المواطنين على الدخول في تنميتها وتطويرها للمساهمة في تحقيق الأهداف التنموية. وأيضاً التأكد على أن خصخصة الأندية الرياضية بنظام B.O.T لا تعني تحويلها إلى مؤسسات استثمارية تعني بالجانب الربحي وتتناسى الجانب الاجتماعي والمعنوي بالعمل على تشغيلها بالكفاءة والجودة التي تجعلها قادرة على الوفاء بالتزاماتها.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 The aim of the research is to design a proposed plan for the recreational activities in the clubs with the system (Guild – Operate – Transfer) B. O. T in Kuwait, in light of the actual reality of the management of the recreational activities in the State of Kuwait. Moreover, it aimed to know the requirements of applying the B.O.T system in the sports clubs in Kuwait, as well as to know the proposed project for the management of the sports clubs for the recreation activities under the B.O.T. system. The research used the descriptive approach. The group of the research consisted of a questionnaire application. The results of the research indicated that the objectives of the management of the sports clubs exist but are not specific and clear to the employees, in addition, there are no plans to manage the long-range sports clubs from 3 to 5 years, and the application of the partial privatization systems in the management of the sports clubs can lead to the development of new methods of financing and raise the level of performance of the leaders working in the field and to match the international and international levels in the management of clubs. The study recommended the implementation of the proposed project for the management of the sports clubs for the B.O.T system in Kuwait, as well as the emphasis on the need for the sports institutions to establish the economic thought conscious of the importance of sport and practice and encourage citizens to enter into their development and development to contribute to the achievement of development goals.
