| المستخلص: | \nاستهدفت الدراسة التعرف على دور منظمات المجتمع المدني للارتقاء بجودة التعليم العام: رؤية تحليلية. وتحقيقا لهدف الدراسة تم الاستعانة بالمنهج الوصفي. واعتمدت الدراسة في تحلیل الدور المتوقع لمنظمات المجتمع المدني على الأدبيات والتقارير الرسمية وما وضعته وزارة التربیة والتعلیم من أدوار یمكن المشاركة من خلالها وقائمة معاییر الجودة والاعتماد. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها أن الأدبيات والتقارير والدراسات السابقة أكدت على أهمية دور المجتمع المدني في الارتقاء بجودة التعليم العام في كافة عناصر العملية التعليمية. وأن وزارة التربية والتعليم أكدت على الدور المحوري والفعال لمنظمات المجتمع المدني وتحديدها للعديد من المؤشرات والقضايا التي يمكن للمجتمع المدني أن يسهم في حلها. وأن الخطة الاستراتيجية 2014/2030 أكدت على الدور الكبير للشراكة مع المجتمع المدني في الارتقاء بجودة التعليم. كما توصلت إلى تأكيد أدبيات المجتمع المدني واتفاقها مع الدور المتوقع منه من قبل وزارة التربية والتعليم. وإلى وجود عديد من ممارسات الجودة والاعتماد ضمن معايير الهيئة القومية لضمان جودة التعليم والاعتماد يتضح بها أدوار المجتمع المدني. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 \n The study aimed to identify the role of civil society organizations to improve the quality of public education: an analytical vision. To achieve the objective of the study, the descriptive approach was used. The study depended on the analysis of the expected role of civil society organizations in the literature and official reports, and the roles and the list of standards of quality and accreditation set by the Ministry of Education in which they can participate. The study came out with several results, including that the literature, reports and previous studies emphasized the importance of the role of civil society in improving the quality of public education in all elements of the educational process. It also highlighted that that the Ministry of Education pointed out the essential and effective role of civil society organizations and their identification of many indicators and issues that civil society can contribute to solving. In addition, it pointed out that the strategic plan 2014/2030 emphasized the great role of partnership with civil society in improving the quality of education. It also highlighted the literatures of civil society and their correspondence with the role expected of the civil society by the Ministry of Education. Moreover, the research tackled the existence of many quality and accreditation practices within the standards of the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education that include the roles of civil society.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 \n |
