| المستخلص: | \n \nهدف التقرير إلى تسليط الضوء على المؤتمر الثاني عشر لمركز تعليم الكبار الذي استهدف تقويم تجارب تعليم الكبار في الوطن العربي للتعرف على نواحي القوة والضعف في خطط تعليم الكبار وإدارته وبرامجه ومناهجه وطرائقه واستراتيجياته. وتناول التقرير أهداف المؤتمر وكذلك محاور المؤتمر ومنها خطط وبرامج واستراتيجيات تعليم الكبار والاتجاهات العالمية المعاصرة في تعليم الكبار وغيرها من المحاور. وعرض التقرير المشاركون في المؤتمر وكذلك جلسات المؤتمر حيث اشتمل المؤتمر على عشر جلسات عمل اهتمت أربع جلسات منها بمناقشة أوراق العمل والبحوث. ودارت أربع جلسات أخري حول الرؤية المستقبلية لتعليم الكبار في الوطن العربي بينما ناقشت باقي الجلسات الاتجاهات المعاصرة لتعليم الكبار وتجارب مؤسسات المجتمع المدني وتجارب تعليم الكبار في تمكين المرأة. وأوصي التقرير بضرورة دعوة الدول العربية ومؤسسات تعليم الكبار فيها إلى وضع برامج تعليمية وتوجيهية تسهم في تمكين المرأة. وتعزز من مشاركتها في مختلف قطاعات العمل والإنتاج والتنمية الاجتماعية والسياسية مع إعطاء عناية خاصة للمرأة في الريف. وكذلك دعوة الجامعات وكليات التربية إلى إنشاء برامج ومساقات لتعليم الكبار مختلف مراكز خدمة المجتمع في الجامعات. ودعوة منظمات المجتمع المدني والجمعيات الأهلية إلى اعتبار مبدأ التطوع برامج محو الأمية واحدا من أهم أسس عملها.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 The report aim is to highlight the 12th conference of the Adult Education Center, which aims to evaluate the experiences of adult education in the Arab world to identify the strengths and weaknesses in adult education plans, programs, methods, ways and strategies. The report addressed the conference objectives as well as the conference themes, including adult education plans, programs and strategies and the contemporary world trends in adult education and other topics. The report presented the participants in the conference and the conference sessions, where the conference included ten working sessions, interested in four sessions including, discussion working papers and researches. Four other sessions dealt with the future vision of adult education in the Arab world, while the rest of the sessions discussed contemporary trends in adult education, civil society experiences and adult education experiences in empowering women. The report recommended that Arab countries and adult educational institutions should be invited to develop educational and orientation programs that contribute to empower women, and promote their participation in various sectors of employment, production, social, and political development, with particular attention to rural women. In addition to inviting universities and colleges of Education to establish programs and courses for adult education various community service centers in universities, and call on civil society organizations and the national associations to consider the principle of volunteering literacy programs as one of the most important foundations of their work.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 \n |
