| المستخلص: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مدى تغطية مقرر التربية العملية المعد لتأهيل الطالبات المعلمات في مجال العلوم للجانب النظري والتطبيقي الخاص بمنهج الكفايات في مناهج العلوم المقررة في وزارة التربية في دولة الكويت. وكذلك التعرف على واقع البرامج المكتوبة في الدليل الخاص بهذه البرامج، وقد اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من عدد من المعلمات من خريجات برنامج التربية العملية في جامعة الكويت وخريجات كلية التربية الأساسية – الهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي، وقد تم تبني مقياس للمهارات التدريبية المطلوبة للجانب العملي، احتوى في صورته النهائية على 32 فقرات موزعة على أربعة محاور. وجاءت نتائج التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات كما يلي: أن درجة تغطية مقرر التربية العملية المعد لتأهيل الطالبات المعلمات للجانب النظري والتطبيقي الخاص بمنهج الكفايات في المنهاج المدرسي لدى طالبات كلية التربية الأساسية – في الهيئة العامة لتعليم التطبيقي، جاءت بمتوسط حسابي (2.85) وبدرجة متوسطة. وأن درجة تغطية مقرر التربية العملية المعد لتأهيل الطالبات المعلمات للجانب النظري والتطبيقي الخاص بمنهج الكفايات في المنهاج المدرسي لدى طالبات جامعة الكويت، جاء بمتوسط حسابي (2.69) وبدرجة متوسطة. The aim of this study is to reveal the extent to which the practical education course designed to qualify female teachers in the field of science covers the theoretical and applied aspects of the curriculum of competencies of the Ministry of Education in the State of Kuwait as well as to identify the reality of the programs written in the manual for these programs. The researcher has followed the descriptive and analytical approaches. The sample of the study consisted of a number of teachers from the graduates of the practical education program at Kuwait University and graduates of the College of Basic Education - The Public Authority for Applied Education. A measure of training skills required for the practical aspect was adopted, which included in its final form 32 paragraphs divided into four areas. The results of the statistical analysis of the data are as follows: The degree of coverage of the practical education course designed to qualify female students for the theoretical and practical aspects of the curriculum of competencies in the curriculum of students of the College of Basic Education - in The Public Authority for Applied Education, came with an arithmetic average (2.85) and with a medium degree and that the degree of coverage of practical education course designed to qualify female students for the theoretical and practical aspect of the curriculum of competencies in the curriculum of Kuwait University students, came with an arithmetic average (2.69) and with a medium degree.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
