| 520 | |b This article attempts to position the issues that arises from the palliative treatment of unemployment, through the entrepreneurial alternative and support for the creation of activities. It also aims to identify the concepts of the entrepreneurial field, the entrepreneurial process and support for ante and post-start integration, as key concepts for the sustainability of startup companies. A voluntarist experience initiated by the ANSEJ programme, aimed at setting up an approach of accompaniment for startup companies and helping them penetrate the market and become part of the economic and social fabric, that will be presented in the second part of this article. | ||
| 520 | |d Le présent article tente le positionnement de la problématique qui découle du traitement palliatif du chômage, à travers l’alternative entrepreneuriale et le soutien à de la création des activités. Il ambitionne, également, l'identification des concepts du champ entrepreneurial, du processus entrepreneurial et de l'accompagnement à l’insertion ante et post démarrage, comme des concepts clés à la pérennité des jeunes entreprises. Une expérience volontariste initiée par l’encadrement du dispositif ANSEJ, tendant à la mise en place d’une démarche d'accompagnement pour les entreprises jeunes et les aider à pénétrer le marché et s'insérer dans le tissu économique et social, fera l’objet d’une présentation en deuxième partie de ce travail | ||
