| المستخلص: | هدفت الورقة البحثية إلى عرض كلمة سماحة مفتي عام المملكة عن فضل شهر رمضان وعمارته بالطاعات، حيث أن شهر رمضان من مواسم الخيرات التي ينبغي أن يغتنمها من يمن الله عليه بإدراكها، وذكرت أنه شهر فضله الله على سائر الشهور بابتداء نزول القرآن العظيم، مرورا بفرض الصيام على كل مكلف، وانتهى بجعله رابع أركان الإسلام التي لا يكتمل الدين إلا بها، كما تناولت أن هذا الشهر يجب أن يعمر بالطاعات والصيام، وأشارت إلى أن الصوم من العبادات الخفية التي يؤتمن عليها العبد، وخص الله أهل الصيام بباب في الجنة يدخلون منه لا يدخل منه إلا الصائمون، وتناولت أن الصوم من أسباب إجابة الدعاء فقد صح عن النبي صلي الله عليه وسلم أن دعوة الصائم لا ترد، وأوضحت أن ليالي هذا الشهر من المستحب عمارتها بالقيام وقراءة القرآن، وتطرقت إلى ليلة القدر التي عظم الله شأنها ورفع قدرها وجعلها خيرا من ألف شهر وهي بالعشر الأواخر من شهر رمضان. وأكدت الورقة البحثية على ضرورة حفظ المسلم لأوقات شهر رمضان الثمينة فلا يضيعها باللهو واللغو وفضول الكلام. وانتقلت إلى أن من يصوم لابد أن يصوم لسانه عن السب والغيبة والنميمة والكذب. واختتمت الورقة البحثية بأن السلف الصالح في رمضان يحرصون على ألا يضيع شيء من أوقات شهر رمضان في غير طاعة الله. \nكُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 The purpose of the paper is to present the speech of His Eminence the general Grand Mufti of the Kingdom about the virtues of the Ramadan month and, as well as the great number of worship acts in it. The month of Ramadan is one of the charity seasons that should be exploited by the one whom God gifts him to understand it. It explained that the month of Ramadan is the month which God prefer than the other months. Firstly, this appeared in sending down the Holy Quran, and then obligating the fasting to each Muslim. This concluded by positioning the fasting as the fourth pillar of the Islamic Five Pillars which the religion is not complete without it. The research pointed out that this month should be full of worship and fasting. It pointed out that fasting is one of the hidden acts of worship to which a person is trusted. God specialize a Paradise door for the people who fast. No one can enter the paradise from this door except the people who fast. The research explained that fasting is one of the reasons of the supplication response. It was stated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said that the supplication of the person who fasts never been ignored. It explained that the nights of this month are desirable to be full of the optional prayer at night and reading Qur'an. The research turned to Lailat Al Qadr, which the God regard it to a high degree and appreciated it greatly. Besides, He made it better than one thousand day. It is equal to the ten days of Ramadan month. The paper stressed the preservation of the Muslim to the time of the holy month of Ramadan which is precious. The human should not waste this time by having fun, the nonsense and the speech curiosity. It explained that whoever fasts, he\\she must prevent his tongue from the insult, the backbiting, the gossip, and the lie.
