| المستخلص: | فرضت التطورات السريعة في مجال الصحافة الرقمية، ممارسات مهنية جديدة على القائمين بالاتصال، وتحديات متنوعة تحتاج إلى مهارات محددة لتجاوزها. وتنكب الدراسات العالمية اليوم على بحث هذه التحديات، وكيفية إشراك الصحافيين في الثورة الرقمية، ولا سيما في طور إقفال العديد من الصحف، والإذاعات، ومحطات التلفزيون أيضا، بسبب نقص التمويل، والإعلانات التي باتت تميل أكثر فأكثر، إلى الصحافة الإلكترونية. وفي العالم العربي، يُرسم مشهد الإعلام الرقمي اليوم بنشوء المواقع الإلكترونية، وتطورها، وتنظيم عملها، وتطوير خبرات العاملين فيها. لذلك، سعينا بهذه الورقة البحثية، إلى معرفة أبرز تحديات القائمين بالاتصال من النموذج اللبناني. وذلك هو الخطوة الأساس، لتحديد سبل تطوير العمل الإعلامي الإلكتروني، تجاوزًا للعوائق، وتحسينًا لأداء المواقع المحلية، لتكون في مرتبة متقدمة، مقارنة بالمواقع الإقليمية والدولية أيضًا. Rapid developments within the area of the digital press have imposed new professional practices upon those involved in communications, just as it has imposed various challenges requiring specific skills to overcome them. Global studies today are dedicated to researching these challenges and how to involve journalists in the digital revolution, and especially at a time when numerous newspapers, radio and television stations, as well, are closing due to a shortage of funds and advertising which is inclining more and more towards the digital press. In the Arab world, the digital media scene is characterized today by the emergence of websites, their development, the organization of their function and the growth of expertise amongst those working in them. For that reason, we have sought, in this research paper, to determine the most prominent challenges of those involved in communications within digital press, based on the Lebanese model. That represents the first step to define the ways of developing digital media work, to overcome the obstacles, to improve the performance of domestic sites, to be in an advanced rank, compared to the regional and internationals sites. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
