| المستخلص: | استهدف البحث الكشف عن الخلل في فهم أحاديث الجهاد وتطبيقها وأثر ذلك على السلم المدني. واعتمد البحث على المنهج الاستقرائي النقدي. وارتكز البحث على ثلاثة مباحث رئيسة، أوضح المبحث الأول أسباب الخلل في فهم أحاديث الجهاد وتطبيقها. واستعرض المبحث الثاني نماذج من صور خلل الفهم لأحاديث الجهاد وتطبيقها. وناقش المبحث الثالث آثار الخلل في فهم أحاديث الجهاد وتطبيقها على السلم المدني وعلاجه. وجاءت نتائج البحث مؤكدة على أن الجهاد ينقسم إلى قسمين، جهاد الطلب وهو فرض كفاية وله شروط كالإسلام والعقل والذكورية والبلوغ والحرية والاستطاعة والسلامة من الضرر وإذن ولي الأمر، وجهاد الدفع وهو فرض عين وأشد من الأول. كما أوضحت النتائج أن العلاج لهذا الخلل إنما يكون بتعزيز جوانب الاستسلام للنص، والتجرد للشرع، والبعد عن الأهواء، ومعرفة حدود العقل، واحترام التخصص، والنظرة التكاملية، ومراعاة مقاصد الشريعة، ولزوم الأسس والقواعد التي تستصحب في الاستدلال. كما توصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن الآثار المترتبة على خلل الفهم لأحاديث الجهاد جسيمة على السلم المدني، ومؤرقة لأمن الدول والمجتمعات، حيث تضم في طياتها ركام من صور الغلو والتطرف والتكفير وسفك الدماء والإرهاب والتعصب للآراء. وأوصى البحث بضرورة تخصيص ندوات حول فقه الفتن، وبيان الأسباب والصور والعلاج من خلال النصوص الشرعية، وربطها بالأحداث العصرية. كما أوصى بضرورة قيام فريق من الباحثين بإعداد رسالة علمية تجمع الأحاديث التي حصل خلل في فهمها مما يتعلق بباب السلم والتسامح، والرد على أبرز الشبهات في هذا الباب.\nكُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 The research aimed at uncovering the imbalance in the understanding of jihad Hadiths, their application and their impact on the civil peace. The research used the critical inductive method. The research was based on three main topics. The first topic explained the reasons for the misunderstanding and application of jihad Hadiths. The second topic reviewed models of manifestations of misunderstanding of jihad Hadiths and their application. The third topic discussed the effects of the imbalance in understanding jihad Hadiths and their application on civil peace and ways to overcome it. The results of the research confirmed that jihad is divided into two parts, Jihad Al-Talab (the greater Jihad), which is a collective duty and has conditions such as being Muslim, sanity, masculinity, maturity, freedom, ability, safety of harm and having permission of the guardian; Jihad Al-Dafe' (the lesser Jihad), which is an individual duty and more intense that the greater one. The results also showed that the solution for this imbalance is the reinforcement of the aspects of submission to the Holy text, devoting to Sharia, distancing from passions, knowing the limits of mind, respecting specificity, the integrative outlook, and considering the purposes of Sharia, and abiding by the rules and foundations that accompany argumentation. The results of the research also found that the implications of the misunderstanding of the Jihad Hadiths are grave to the civil peace and are a threat to the security of the countries and societies. They include accumulation of exaggeration in religion, extremism, accusing of infidelity, bloodshed, terrorism and fanaticism. The research recommended the need to allocate seminars on the jurisprudence of seditions, to explain the reasons, aspects and solution through the texts of Sharia, and to link them to modern events. It also recommended the need for a team of researchers to prepare a dissertation to gather the Hadiths that have been misunderstood regarding the section of peace and tolerance, and to respond to the most important suspicions in this section.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
