| 520 | |a تتميز الخدمة الاجتماعية بأنها مهنة متطورة، تسعى في تحديث معارفها وأساليبها؛ لتحقيق مستوى أعلى من العلمية مما يساعدها على تطبيق ممارستها وفق أعلى مستويات الكفاءة المهنية. لذا نجد باستمرار أن هناك محاولات جادة لتقديم الجديد والمفيد مما يساعد ممارسيها على تخطي المحاولات الشخصية والاعتماد على أسس علمية ومقننة شبه متفق عليها. وبذلك هي لا تقف فقط عند تطوير معطياتها، بل يسعى القائمون عليها إلى الاستفادة مما لدي العلوم ذات الصلة من معارف يمكن أن تثري ممارسة مهنة الخدمة الاجتماعية وتساعد على النمو والتطور (الناجم، ٢٠٠٧; ٢). ومع هذا التطور المستمر في مهنة الخدمة الاجتماعية، فقد شهدت تحولا مهماً في تقديم خدماتها للمستفيدين إلا أنه ظهر هناك العديد من التحديات والمتغيرات. وتأتي أبرز تلك التحديات في مفهوم إيصال الخدمات الاجتماعية والأخلاقيات المرتبطة بها سواء من مقدمي الخدمة، أو طالبيها. وفي هذه المقالة سيتم تناول مفهوم حديث نسبي في إطار ممارسة الخدمة الاجتماعية والا وهو أخلاقيات ممارسة الخدمة الاجتماعية الإلكترونية. فالخدمة الاجتماعية الإلكترونية (Electronic social work) كمفهوم يشير إلى أي خدمات اجتماعية يتم تقديمها، أو تسهيلها، أو تيسيرها باستخدام وسيلة إلكترونية، أو تقنية، أو رقمية (2005 ,NASW)، والذي يستلزم مهارة في التعامل مع التقنية، بالإضافة إلى الجانب النظري الذي يتم تحصيله من خلال الدراسة الجامعية، وذلك بهدف تحسين الخدمات المقدمة لعملاء الخدمة الاجتماعية. فسيتم الوقوف على هذا المفهوم والإيجابيات الأخلاقية لاستخدام الخدمة الاجتماعية الإلكترونية، المشكلات والمخاطر الأدبية والأخلاقية وكيفية مواجهتها. فالمقالة الحالية تعد من أوائل المقالات التي تحاول أن توضح المقدمات الأخلاقية التي يجب مراعاتها وأخذها في الاعتبار عند ممارسة الخدمة الاجتماعية الإلكترونية. |b Social service is characterized as a sophisticated profession that seeks to modernize its knowledge and methods to achieve a higher level of science, which helps it to apply its practice to the highest levels of professionalism. Therefore, we find that there are serious attempts to provide the new and useful, which helps practitioners to overcome personal attempts and depending on scientific codified bases almost agreed upon. Thus, social service do not only pull up in the development of its data, but its organizers seek to benefit from the relevant sciences that can enrich the practice of the profession of social service and help the growth and development (resulting, 2007: 2). With this continuous development in the social service profession, there has been an important shift in the provision of services to the beneficiaries, but there has been many challenges and variables. The most prominent of these challenges in the concept of delivery of the social services and ethics associated with both providers and applicants. In this article, a relatively new concept will be addressed in the context of the practice of social service, which is the ethics of practicing the electronic social service. Electronic social work as a concept refers to any social services that are provided, facilitated or facilitated by an electronic, technical or digital medium (NASW, 2005), which requires skill in dealing with technology, as well as the theoretical aspect that Is obtained through university study, in order to improve the services provided to social service customers. This concept will be discussed in this article, as well as Ethical positives of using electronic social service problems and ethical risks, and how to address these issues. The current article is one of the first articles that attempt to clarify the rules and ethics that must be taken into consideration in the practice of electronic social service. | ||
