| المستخلص: | تناول البحث فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على فلسفة التدريس المصغر في تطوير وتنمية مهارات تشغيل واستخدام أجهزة العروض التعليمية الإلكترونية موجه للدراسات بدبلوم التربية بجامعة الدمام، واستخدام الباحث المنهج التجريبي للبحث على عينة مكونة من (56) من الدراسات الملتحقات ببرنامج دبلوم التربية بغرض إعدادهن للعمل في حقل التعليم. وأظهرت النتائج البحث وجود فروق دال إحصائيا عند مستوي (0.01) بين متوسطي درجات التطبيق القبلي والتطبيق البعدي للمتدربات بالمجموعة التجريبية في أداءهن عل بطاقة الملاحظة لمهارات تشغيل واستخدام جهاز عرض البيانات (الفيديو البروجيكتور Projector Video)، وفي مهارات تشغيل واستخدام السبورة الإلكترونية Smart Board، لصالح أداءهن في التطبيق البعدي. وأظهرت النتائج أن حجم تأثير البرنامج التدريبي على تنمية مهارات واستخدام أجهزة العروض التعليمية الإلكترونية هو حجم تأثير كبير، حيث إن (93.9%) من التباين الكلي للمتغير التابع يرجع إلى تأثير المتغير المستقل (البرنامج التدريبي). أيضاً، أظهرت نتائج البحث عدم وجود فروق ذات دلاله إحصائية لدي المتدربات في مهارات استخدامهن لأجهزة العروض التعليمية الإلكترونية ترجع إلى متغير التخصص، وفي ضوء نتائج البحث قدم الباحث عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات التي تساهم في مجال تطوير البرامج التدريبية وتطوير الأداء. This search talks about the effectiveness of training program based on the philosophy of Microteaching in developing the skills of using and operating the electronic presentational devices. This search directed to the studies in the diploma of education in Dammam University. The researcher used the experimental method to investigate the effectiveness. In addition, experimental process applied on the search on a sample of 56 of the students that were having the diploma program of education in order to prepare them for working in the field of education. \\ Search results showed a statistical difference at the level of (0.01) between the average of application degrees of post and pre application, for the trainee m the experimental group for their performance on the note card of using and operating the Video Projector. Moreover, in the skills of operating and using the Smart Board for their performance on the pre application. Results showed also that' the training program has a big impact on the development of operating and using skills for the electronic presentational devices. About (93.9%) 01 the total variation of the dependent variable is under the impact of the independent variable (Training Program). In addition, results showed that there is no statistically significant differences among the trainees in the skills of using the electronic presentational devices for variable specialization. To highlight the search results researcher have presented a number of recommendations and proposals that contributing to the development of training programs and for the development of performance. |
