المستخلص:This study aimed to know the competencies of school teachers in leading e-learning, and to identify the degree of availability, and attitudes towards it by answering the questions of the study the following: What trends teachers leading schools in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia towards e-learning? The sample of the study (255) of teachers in pilot schools in the region of Mecca and Medina, Jeddah, Taif, al-Layth. As for the scale trends may be of (57) words. After the distribution of the questionnaire and unloading and analysis, study reached several conclusions, including: - There are positive attitudes among school teachers leading towards e-learning. In light of the results the researcher to to give incentives (financial, moral) for teachers of leading schools who use e- learning effectively, and holding lectures, seminars and conferences for school teachers on the leading e-learning in order to teach them the importance of the horrible and e- learning. The researcher presented proposals for a total of future studies.
