| المستخلص: | يصبو هذا البحث إلى فتح ملف نحسب أنه لم يعالج بكيفية دقيقة في الدراسات التاريخية، ويتعلق الأمر بالتساؤل حول مدى إمكانية تطبيق الهرمنيطيقا في مجال التاريخ، وإلى أي حد يمكن للمؤرخ أن يستثمرها كمنهج علمي يتم توظيفه لتأويل النص التاريخي، بعيدًا عن كل تعسف أو تجاوز يجعله يفقد وظيفته الأساسية. وقد تم تقسيم البحث إلى ثلاثة أقسام؛ عالج القسم الأول مفهوم الهرمنيطيقا التاريخية، خلصنا من خلاله إلى أن الهرمنيطيقا تحيل على معنى العلم المبني على قواعد وأسس تجعل من التأويل والتفسير في مجال التاريخ بناءً متناسقًا ومتلازمًا مع الواقع التاريخي العياني، يؤكده ويعضده، ولا يخرج عن سياقه المنطقي، ويكون هدفها تنظيم استراتيجية منطقية للقراءة التأويلية للنص التاريخي عبر ضوابط ومحددات علمية ومنطقية. وفي القسم الثاني أثار البحث سؤال إمكانية قابلية النص التاريخي للتأويل، انتقد فيه المنحى الإقصائي للنص التاريخي من دائرة تأويل النصوص الأدبية، انطلاقًا من عدة معايير اختزلناها في وجود المعنى المضمر في لغة النص التاريخي، وخلفياته الإيحائية، وورود بعض النصوص التاريخية مؤولة أصلاً، فضلاً عن ألقاب وكنى الحاكم، ورموز شاراته، والألوان التي تتميز بها رايات الدول وشعاراتهم، ودلالات الأسماء القبلية والطوبونيمية. أما القسم الثالث فتصدى لمعالجة الضوابط العلمية التي تكوّن العناصر الأساسية لبناء هرمنيطيقا تاريخية، ويكمن أبرزها في فهم أبعاد النص وسياقه التاريخي، وحاجة المؤول إلى دراية بأهم التجارب الكبرى في تاريخ البشرية، والقراءة النسقية الشمولية، والتقيد بمقصدية النص، وعدم تناقض المعنى المؤول مع الواقع، واحترام منطق النص وبنيته الداخلية، فضلاً عن اعتماد التحليل اللغوي للنصوص في مستوييها الصوتي والدلالي. The topic of this research has not been dealt with accurately in historical studies. The question is related to whether Hermeneutics can be applied to history, and to what extent the historian can invest it as a scientific method that is used to interpret the historical text, away from all arbitrariness or excess that makes it lose its basic job. The research has been divided into three sections. The first part deals with the concept of historical Hermeneutics, in which we concluded that Hermeneutics refers to the meaning of science based on rules and fundamentals that make interpretation and explanation in the field of history a structure that is consistent and harmonious with the historical reality . In addition, it emphasizes the historical reality and supports it, and does not depart from its logical context, that its goal is to organize a logical strategy for the interpretative reading of the historical text through scientific and logical controls and determinants. In the second section, the research raised the question of the possibility of interpreting the historical text , criticizing the exclusionary trend of the historical text from the interpretation of literary texts, based on several criteria we have reduced in the presence of the implicit meaning in the language of the historical text, its inspirational backgrounds. In addition , some of the historical texts were mentioned with original interpretation , besides the surnames and nicknames of the ruler, symbols of his crests , the colors that characterize the flags of countries and their slogans, and the indications of previous and toponymie names. The third section shows the treatment of scientific disciplines that form the basic elements of building historical Hermeneutics. The most important of these is implied in understanding of the dimensions of the text and its historical context. Moreover, the interpreter needs to know the most important experiences in the history of mankind. In addition, he should practice the holistic pattern reading , adhere to the objective of the text . The interpreted meaning should not contradict with reality. The logic of the text and its internal structure should be respected.
