| المستخلص: | إن رعاية الطفل المصاب بالأوتيزم تمثل تحدي للوالدين وتؤثر على صحتهم وإحساسهم بجودة الحياة وقد يرجع ذلك إلى صعوبة المشكلات السلوكية للعديد من الأطفال المصابين بالأوتيزم مما يؤدي إلى صعوبة إدارة مثل هؤلاء الأطفال وتتعارض مع ممارسة الأسرة لأنشطة الحياة اليومية والمشاركة في أنشطة مجتمعية خارج نطاق الأسرة. وغالبا ما تكون حياة مثل هذه الأسر مضطربة حيث تشيع لديهم العديد من المشكلات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والجسمية والنفسية. ويؤثر الإحساس بجودة الحياة لدى أمهات المصابين بالأوتيزم على تحسن الحالة النفسية والسلوكية لدى الأطفال والمراهقين المصابين بالأوتيزم ومن هنا تتحدد أهداف الدراسة الحالية في الكشف عن الفروق في أبعاد جودة الحياة لدى أمهات الأطفال والمراهقين المصابين بالأوتيزم ونظرائهن من أمهات الأطفال والمراهقين العاديين. وتكونت عينة البحث من: (60) من أمهات الأطفال والمراهقين المصابين بالأوتيزم و(80) من أمهات الأطفال والمراهقين العاديين. \\ وتتمثل أدوات البحث في مقياس جودة الحياة للأمهات من إعداد الباحثة ونتائج البحث أشارت النتائج إلى أن هناك فروق بين مجموعة أمهات الأطفال والمراهقين العاديين ومجموعة أمهات الأطفال والمراهقين المصابين بالأوتيزم لصالح مجموعة أمهات الأطفال والمراهقين العاديين علي جميع أبعاد مقياس جودة الحياة، كما كانت هناك فروق بين مجموعة أمهات الأطفال المصابين بالأوتيزم ومجموعة أمهات المراهقين المصابين بالأوتيزم لصالح مجموعة أمهات الأطفال المصابين بالأوتيزم على بعدي الصحة النفسية والصحة الجسمية والدرجة الكلية للمقياس وهو ما يشير إلى تأثر مستوى جودة الحياة لدى أمهات المراهقين المصابين بالأوتيزم بطول سنوات الإصابة بالأوتيزم، كما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين درجات أمهات الأطفال المصابين بالأوتيزم وأمهات المراهقين المصابين بالأوتيزم على أبعاد مقياس جودة الحياة تبعا لمتغير مستوى تعليم الأم وجنس الابن (ذكر/ أنثى) وتبعا لمتغير عمل الأم كانت الفروق دالة بين المجموعتين علي بعد البيئة لصالح الأمهات العاملات. The Child Care with Autism represent a challenge to parents and affect their health and their sense of the quality of life may be due to the difficulty of behavioral problems for many of the children with Autism which leads to the difficulty of managing such children and incompatible with the exercise of the family to activities of daily life and participate in community activities outside the scope of the family. And often the lives of troubled families full of many economic, social, physical and psychological problems, the quality of life of mothers unproved mental state and behavior in children and adolescents with Autism Hence determined by the objectives of the current study to measure the level of quality of life among a sample of mothers of children and adolescents with Autism and examine to what extent different level of quality of life of those moms for mothers of children and adolescents ordinary, sample consisted of: (60) of mothers of children and adolescents with Autism & (80) of the mothers of children and adolescents ordinary Search Tools: a measure of the quality of life for mothers of preparation researcher Search Results: The results indicated that there are differences between the group mothers of children and adolescents ordinary group mothers of children and adolescents with Autism in favor of the group mothers of children and adolescents ordinarv on all dimensions measure quality of life, as there were differences between the group mothers of children with Autism and group mothers of adolescents with Autism in favor of the group mothers of children with Autism on the dimensions of mental health and physical health, and the total score of the scale which indicates affected the quality of life of mothers of adolescents with Autism long years of injury Autism, The results also indicated a lack of statistically significant differences between the scores of mothers of children with Autism and mothers of adolescents with Autism the dimensions measure quality of life depending on the level of variable education of the mother and sex son (Male / Female), Depending on the variable mother's work were significant differences between the two groups in favor of working mothers. |
