| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على تفاعل متابعي تويتر حول بعض القضايا التربوية في المجتمع السعودي، وذلك باستخدام منهج تحليل المحتوى، وشمل مجتمع الدراسة جميع التعليقات (التغريدات) في موقع "تويتر" المتعلقة بالقضايا التربوية في المجتمع السعودي، وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة من الحسابات التربوية ذات الصلة بوزارة التعليم السعودي وأيضا الحسابات التربوية الأكثر نشاطا ومتابعة للقضايا التربوية في المجتمع السعودي، وأجريت الدراسة خلال الفصل الدراسي الثاني كاملا للعام الدراسي 1436ه-1437ه. قام الباحث بتصميم أداة الدراسة وهي استمارة تحليل المحتوي لحصر جميع بيانات حسابات العينة أثناء مدة الدراسة، ومن ثم قام الباحث بتحليلها بناء على مشكلة الدراسة وأهدافها وأسئلتها. اعتمدت الدراسة على الرصد التكراري المنظم لوحدة التحليل المختارة، لذلك تمت معالجة البيانات عن طريق عملية احتساب التكرارات، واستخراج النسب المئوية لمجاميع التكرارات، وهي أكثر الأساليب الإحصائية شيوعا في دراسات تحليل المحتوي. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن أكثر القضايا التربوية المتعلقة بالمعلم التي تناولتها عينة الدراسة كانت قضايا النقل الداخلي والنقل الخارجي بنسبة (23%)، وأكثر القضايا التربوية المتعلقة بالطالب التي تناولتها عينة الدراسة القضايا السلوكية (الشذوذ، التفحيط، المخدرات) بنسبة (4.3%)، وأكثر القضايا التربوية المتعلقة بالبيئة المدرسية التي تناولتها عينة الدراسة كانت قضايا الأمن والسلامة في المدارس بنسبة (5.3%)، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام بالقضايا التربوية ذات العلاقة بالمجتمع السعودي في موقع التواصل الاجتماعي " توتير"، ومحاولة معالجتها في وقت قصير من أجل تحسين العملية التعليمة. The study aimed to identify the interaction of Twitter followers on some educational issues in Saudi society using the Content-Analysis Method. The study sample included all the comments (tweets) on the website "Twitter" related to the educational issues of Saudi society. The sample study was selected from the relevant educational accounts linked with the Saudi Ministry of Education, as well as the most active educational accounts that follow the educational issues in Saudi society. The study was conducted during the entire second semester of the academic year 1436 AH - 1437 AH. The researcher designed the study tool, which is a content analysis form to capture all the data from the accounts of the study sample during the study period. Therefore, the researcher has analysed it based on the study problem, its objectives, and questions. The study was based on systematic iterative monitoring of the selected unit of analysis. Therefore, the data were processed by the process of calculating the iterations and extracting percentages of the total iterations, which are the most common statistical methods in the studies of content analysis. The results of the study concluded that the biggest educational issues related to the teacher dealt with in the study sample were the issues of internal and external transport with a ratio of 23%, and the educational issues that are most related to the student, which is addressed in the study sample are the behavioural issues (irregularities, drifting, drugs) with a rate of (4.3%) and the educational issues that are very much related to the school environment addressed in the study sample were security and safety issues in schools, with a percentage (5.3%). The study recommended the need to pay attention to educational issues related to the Saudi society in the social media network “Twitter” and try to address them in a short time in order to improve the educational process.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
