| 520 | |e هدف البحث إلى التعرف على الديمقراطية في الأحزاب السياسية اليمنية، فسعى إلى الكشف عن الحتمية الاجتماعية للعملية السياسية الواقعة في السنوات العشر الأخيرة للمجتمع اليمني. تركز البحث بشكل عام على العمل النظري والأساليب التجريبية المستخدمة في علم الاجتماع المعاصر وعلم السياسة بغرض تحليل تجربة التعددية السياسية اليمنية في ظل الديمقراطية. توصل البحث إلى عدة استنتاجات منها أن مشكلة الأحزاب اليمنية ليست فقط في مسالة تواجدها وإنما تضمنت أيضا وجود النظام القانوني والوسائل اللازمة لاحترام تلك الحقوق، وأن خضوع الدولة للقانون استلزم سيادة القانون واستقلال القضاء وحصانته، وأن التجربة الانتخابات أكدت ضعف الأحزاب السياسية وهشاشتها في اليمن بما فيها المؤتمر الشعبي العام نفسه الذي حصل على الأغلبية المريحة في انتخابات 1997م، كما توصل إلى أن مختلف التيارات السياسية لعبت دورا أساسيا في مختلف القضايا الآنية أو المستقبلية لليمن. اختتم البحث بعرض عدة نقاط منها أن التعددية الحزبية ليست مجرد أحزاب وانتخابات فحسب ولكنها إلى جانب ذلك منظومة من القيم التي تشربها أفراد المجتمع عبر مختلف مؤسسات التنشئة والتوجيه. \nكُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 |f The aim of the research was to identify the democracy in the Yemen's political parties and sought to reveal the social determinism of the political process that has been taking place in the last ten years of the Yemeni society. The research focuses in general on the theoretical work and the experimental methods used in the contemporary sociology and political science to analyze the experience of the Yemeni political pluralism under the democracy. The study reached several conclusions including that the problem of the Yemeni parties is not only the issue of their existence, but also the existence of the legal system and the means necessary to respect those rights and that the state's submission to the law necessitated the rule of law and the independence and immunity of the judiciary. The election experience confirmed the weakness and fragility of the political parties in Yemen including the General People's Congress itself which obtained a comfortable majority in the 1997 elections, and found that the various political currents played a major role in the various immediate or future issues of Yemen. The study concludes with a number of points including that the multiparty is not only parties and an elections, but also a system of the values that members of society share through various institutions of the formation and guidance.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 | ||
