| المستخلص: | يستعرض البحث الاتجاهات الحديثة نحو مهنة التعليم حيث تحاول التعريف بمفهوم تمهین مهنة المعلم، دواعيه ومبرراته وذلك من خلال تسليط الضوء على مفهوم تمهين التعليم وما يرتبط به من مواصفات المعلم المهني وبرامج إعداده، رخصة المعلم والاعتماد المهني للمعلم وتطبيقاته في بعض الدول. اتبعت الورقة المنهج الوصفي واعتمدت على مسح لأدبيات موضوع تمهین التعليم وتتبعت عددًا من الدراسات والبحوث التي تمت في مجال الاعتماد المهني للمعلم ورخصة التعليم. خرج البحث بأن الاعتماد المهني للمعلم مدخل لتطوير التعليم وإصلاحه وذلك بأن تمهين التعليم وإصدار رخصة لممارسة المهنة يضمن كفاءة وفاعلية المعلمين ويضمن تحديد المعايير المطلوبة مما يساعد مؤسسات إعداد المعلمين في تعيين وتطوير برامجها. كما أكدت أن تمهين التعليم يؤدي إلى الارتقاء بالمعلمين ويوفر لهم مزيدًا من الحوافز المعنوية والنفسية والمادية بالإضافة إلى أنه يشجع المعلمين على امتلاك المزيد من المعرفة وتنفيذها وبالتالي اكتساب ثقة المتعلمين والمجتمع وبناء احترام هذه المهنة كسابق عهدها. تشدد الورقة على أهمية الاعتماد المهني للمعلم لدخول مهنة التدريس لذا أوصت بالعمل على إجازة قانون مجلس المهن التربوية والتعليمية بالتعليم العام بالسرعة المطلوبة لكي يبدأ تمهین مهنة المعلم بالسودان ومنح الترخيص لممارسة مهنة التعليم للمعلمين الجدد والقدامى. وإعادة النظر في عملية إعداد المعلمين في السودان بحيث تتوافق مع الرؤية الجديدة للتعليم ولوظيفة المعلم في آن واحد وتعديل نظام قبول الطلاب بكليات التربية ومعاهد المعلمين الحالية بحيث تضاف أبعاد أخرى للقبول. كما أوصت بربط برامج كليات التربية بحاجات وزارة التربية والتعليم والمجتمع. specifically, this paper tackles the concept of professionalization of teacher's Job: Its needs and Justifications. The issue is dealt with through casting light on education professionalization concept and other related topics such as: Characteristics of vocational teacher preparation programs, teacher license, teacher's vocational accreditation and its application in some countries. The research follows a descriptive methodology that depends on literature survey of related topics and makes use of a number of studies and research works that have been done in the field of teacher vocational accreditation and teaching license. The paper has come to a conclusion that teacher vocational accreditation will help to improve education, that is simply because professionalization of education and issuing a license to practice the job, will guarantee competency and efficiency of teachers, and set up the required standards that help teachers' training institutes promote their programs. The paper concludes that professionalization of education will lead to improve teachers' performance, and offer them moral. psychological, and financial incentives. Moreover, it encourages teachers to gain more knowledge and make use of it to gain both learners and community confidence. At another level, the paper emphasizes the importance of teacher vocational accreditation as a license to join teaching profession. It also recommends the endorsement and ratification of the educational and teaching profession law as quickly as possible, and to grant license for both old and new teachers. The paper advises to reconsider the process of teacher's preparation, so as to be in harmony with the new trends in education and the teacher's profession. Finally, the paper recommends modification of the current system of admission in faculties of education and teachers' colleges, by adding some further regulations and suggests linking education colleges programs to the needs of ministry of education and the community at large. |
