| 520 | |a تناولت الدراسة وبإيجاز البحث عن إجابة للتساؤلات حول ماهية ودوافع الموقف الروسي من الثورات العربية التي اجتاحت الوطن العربي في عام 2011، خصوصا أن الموقف الروسي جاء متباينا، الأمر الذى يفرض تساؤلا حول محددات هذا الموقف مما يجري في المنطقة العربية عموما وسوريا خصوصا. وتأتي هذه الدراسة بداية بالمقدمة والإطار النظري، حيث وقفت على مشكلة الدراسة، أهمية وأهدافا وصولا إلى تأثير هذه المواقف على مسار ومستقبل العلاقات الروسية - العربية، معتمدة على مناهج بحث جديدة أهمها اقتراب المصالح الوطنية. كما استعرضت الدراسة في إطار فصولها مرتكزات السياسة الروسية الخارجية، وكذلك سماتها وصولا إلى الوقوف على أهم الاستنتاجات والنتائج التي تعكس العوامل الحاكمة للمواقف الروسية تجاه ما يجري من تطورات على الساحة السورية تحديدا لأهميتها لروسيا، وتمحورت في مجملها في إطار المصالح، وعلى رأسها وأهمها: إعادة بناء النظام العالمي الجديد هذا، بالإضافة إلى معضلة حاجتها إلى المياه الدافئة، وعوامل داخلية وخارجية أخرى، منها ما ينحصر في أزمة الهوية، ومتطلبات الأمن القومي، وتشابك الداخل الروسي، وتشابك وتعقيب العلاقات مع الولايات المتحدة وإسرائيل، وأخيرا التحالفات الإقليمية. | ||
