| المستخلص: | Is the theme of volunteerism in various sports activities of new themes in our society of Iraq in general and Basra province in particular, so as to move away Iraq for many years for the organization or the creation of any athletic activity a great effect upon the participation of large numbers of community groups and was previously based on identifying groups participate through State institutions exclusively that any participants are forced to participate or not to participate in the activity. Identify the attitudes and needs to provide in order to engage in this business and adapt to suit the volunteer work and the desire of the The research aims to:- 1-detect trends Basra University students to volunteer in sporting activities. 2-to detect differences between the axes trends survey students at the University of Basra toward action sports volunteering. The researchers used a descriptive approach to fit the nature of the research and the research sample consisted of students from the faculties of the University of Basra , and the number was (400) students The researchers used a questionnaire as a tool to gather information , which includes the measurement of the trend towards voluntary action sports and consisting of (34 ) items. After unloading the data and processed statistically researchers concluded the following: -There are no significant differences between the axes trends students at the University of Basra toward the practice of voluntary action sports. يعد موضوع التطوع في الأنشطة الرياضية المختلفة من المواضيع الجديدة في مجتمعنا العراقي بصورة عامة ولمحافظة البصرة بصورة خاصة، وذلك لابتعاد العراق لسنوات طويلة عن تنظيم أو إقامة أي نشاط رياضي كبير يتطلب مشاركة إعداد كبيرة من فئات المجتمع وكانت سابقاً تعتمد على تحديد الفئات المشاركة من خلال مؤسسات الدولة حصراً أي ان المشاركين مجبرين على المشاركة في النشاط. أما مشكلة البحث فهي التعرف على دوافع طلبة جامعة البصرة من اجل الانخراط في العمل الرياضي التطوعي وتكييف العمل التطوعي بما يتلائم ورغبة المتطوعين. وهدف البحث إلى: 1- الكشف عن دوافع طلبة جامعة البصرة للتطوع في الانشطة الرياضية. 2- الكشف عن الفروق بين محاور استبيان دوافع طلبة جامعة البصرة نحو العمل الرياضي التطوعي. استخدم الباحثين المنهج الوصفي لملائمته وطبيعة البحث وضمت عينة البحث (400) طالباً من طلبة جامعة البصرة، موزعين على كليات الجامعة. استخدم الباحثين استبيان كأداة لجمع المعلومات، والمتضمن الكشف عن دوافع نحو العمل الرياضي التطوعي والمتكونة من (35) فقرة. وبعد تفريغ البيانات ومعالجتها إحصائيا استنتج الباحثين ما يأتي:- توجد فروق معنوية بين محاور دوافع طلبة جامعة البصرة نحو ممارسة العمل الرياضي التطوعي. |
