| المستخلص: | يهدف الموضوع محل الدراسة إلى إبراز محورية الأمن البيئي وارتباطاته الوثيقة بمختلف أبعاد ومجالات التنمية المستدامة، والإلمام بالمتغيرات المختلفة التي تحدد وتكون الأمن البيئي وتؤثر فيه وتتأثر به والأهم من ذلك محاولة الوصول إلى إدراك التداعيات والانعكاسات المختلفة لوجود أو توفر الأمن البيئي من عدمه على التنمية المستدامة، والوقوف على أهم المآلات المطروحة حول مستقبل الأمن البيئي في ظل التغيرات البيئية الراهنة والسياسات المنتهجة سواء تلك التي تستهدف الوصول إلى أوضاع بيئية آمنة ومستدامة أو تلك التي تتسبب في انتهاك التوازن البيئي واستهداف المصلحة والربح على حساب التنمية المستدامة. the subject-matter of the study aims to highlight the centrality of environmental security and their engagements with various dimensions of sustainable development, and knowledge the different variables that determine the environmental security which affect it and affected by it and the most importantly, trying to access the awareness of the consequences and the various implications of the existence or availability of environmental security or not on sustainable development and to identify the most important choices raised about the future of environmental security in the light of the current environmental changes and policies adopted known whether those aimed access to safe and sustainable environmental conditionsor those that cause a violation of the ecological balance and the targeting of interest and profit on the expense of sustainable development. |
