| المستخلص: | هدف هذا البحث إلى إمكانية تفعيل شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في إحداث التنمية المستدامة وتعزيز دورها في عمليات نشر الوعي في أوساط المجتمعات العربية، إلى جانب استخدامها في خلق التواصل الإيجابي بين مكونات المجتمع العربي. وتكمن أهمية هذا البحث في أن شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي لها دور فاعل في توجيه الجمهور العربي سلبا أو إيجابا، بجانب أن قضايا التنمية المستدامة هي من أكثر الموضوعات التي تحتاج إلى هذه الشبكات لخدمة المجتمعات العربية من خلال رفع القدرات والعمل على خلق المشاركة الإيجابية، بالإضافة إلى أن شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي تمكن التنمية المستدامة والمجتمع وأفراده ومؤسساته من تلبية احتياجاهم والتعبير عن وجودهم الفعلي في الوقت الحالي. واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، واعتمد الباحث في جمع المعلومات على الملاحظة والمقابلة وخلص البحث إلي عدد من النتائج، أهمها:- أن شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي تعمل علي نقل المعلومات التي تتوافق مع أهداف التنمية المستدامة العربية. - كما أبانت الدراسة أن شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي تعمل على تشكيل الرأي العربي لتعمل على تحقيق خطط التنمية المستدامة. - أوضحت الدراسة أن شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي ساعدت بشكل أكثر للوصول إلى الفئات المستهدفة وسرعة جلب المتطوعين والحصول على مصادر المعلومات في التو واللحظة على مدار الساعة وتحقيق انسجام أكثر بين مؤسسات العمل الإنساني والمؤسسات المناظرة بالدول العربية. أوصي البحث بالآتي: - ضرورة الاستفادة من إيجابيات الشبكات الاجتماعية لخدمة التنمية المستدامة بالدول العربية خاصة من النواحي الثقافية والاجتماعية والسياسية. - على الجهات المعنية بالتخطيط التنموي بالدول العربية العمل على وضع شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في قائمة أولويات وسائل الاتصال لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة وذلك لما تتميز بها من مميزات عديدة. - عدم إهمال ما يكتب ويقال في شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي وأخد الأقوال والآراء الجادة منها، لتحقيق مبدأ المشاركة العادلة - لابد للجهات الرسمية أن تقوم برفع كفاءة وقدرات الناشطين في مجال شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي حتى يكونوا مؤثرين في تشكيل الرأي الفاعل الذي يعمل على تحقيق التنمية المستدامة من خلال طرح القضايا والموضوعات الهادفة التي تناقش أولويات التنمية في المجتمعات العربية. The aim of this research is to activate the social networks in achieving sustainable development and enhance its role in awareness-raising processes among the Arab communities, as well as using them to create positive communication among the components of the Arab society. The importance of this research is that the social networks have an active role in guiding the Arab public negatively or positively. Moreover, the issues of sustainable development are among the most important issues that need these networks to serve the Arab communities through raising capacities and creating positive participation. Social networks enable sustainable development, society, individuals and institutions to meet their needs and to express their actual presence at the present time. The study followed the descriptive approach, and was adopted in the collection of information on observation and interview The research concluded a number of results, the most important of which are: Social networks are working to transfer information that is consistent with Arab sustainable development goals. The study also showed that social networks work to shape the Arab opinion to work towards achieving sustainable development plans. The study showed that the social networks helped to reach the target groups and the speed of bringing volunteers and access to sources of information at the same time around the clock and achieve greater harmony between human rights institutions and corresponding institutions in Arab countries I recommend the research as follows: The need to benefit from the positive social networks to serve the sustainable development of Arab countries, especially from the cultural, social and political aspects. The development planning agencies in the Arab countries should work to put social networks in the list of priorities of the means of communication to achieve sustainable development because of its many advantages. Not to neglect what is written and said in the social networks and take the words and opinions seriously, to achieve the principle of equitable participation. The official bodies should raise the efficiency and capabilities of activists in the field of social networks to be effective in forming an effective opinion that works towards achieving sustainable development through the presentation of issues and topics that discuss the priorities of development in Arab societies. |
