| 520 | |a استند البحث إلى متغيرين رئيسين هما (فاعلية نظم المعلومات الإدارية) و(استراتيجيات إدارة الصراع) مستهدفا الكشف عن العلاقة والتأثير بين سبعة أبعاد هي (رضا المستخدم، تحقيق النظام لأهداف المنظمة، ملاءمة المعلومات لحاجات المستويات الإدارية، الاستجابة للمتغيرات المستجدة، قدرة النظام على توفير الأمن للمعلومات، حجم الاستخدام، الكلفة الاقتصادية للنظام) واستراتيجيات إدارة الصراع المتمثلة بـ(استراتيجية التعاون، استراتيجية التنافس، استراتيجية التجنب)، وقد أجري البحث في المركز الوطني للتطوير الإداري وتقنية المعلومات التابع لوزارة التخطيط في بغداد، وذلك من خلال استطلاع آراء عينة عشوائية شملت العاملين في مختلف المستويات الإدارية، واعتمد منهج البحث القائم والتحليل البعدي، استعملت أدوات تحليل ومعالجة إحصائية لامعلمية، وقد خرج البحث باستنتاجات وتوصيات مهمة. | ||
