| المستخلص: | تتمثل أهمية البحث فى تحديد التأثير التفاعُلى بين التضخُم والبطالة فى ظل وجود مُعدل تطور الانفاق الاستثمارى كعامل وسيط بينهما وذلك فى ضوء إستهداف التضخُم أو عدم إستهدافه، حيث أن إستهداف التضخُم يُعد من الأُمور الهامة عند وضع وتوجيه السياسات الاقتصادية للحد من مُشكلتى التضخُم والبطالة، ووفقاً لذلك فإن الهدف الأساسى لهذا البحث يتمثل فى تحليل العلاقة السببية بين التضخُم والبطالة مع وجود مُعدل تطور الانفاق الاستثمارى كعامل وسيط بينهما فى ظل إستهداف التضخم أو عدم إستهدافه خلال الفترة من (1990/1991_2015/2016) ويتم ذلك من خلال: \\ _ دراسة تطور كُل من التضخُم والبطالة ومُعدل تطور الانفاق الاستثمارى فى مصر خلال فترة الدراسة. \\ _ تقدير أثر وجود قاعدة إستهداف التضخُم على مُتغيرات الدراسة. \\ _دراسة العلاقة بين التضخُم والبطالة فى مصر خلال فترة الدراسة. \\ _ دراسة العلاقة بين تطور الإنفاق الاستثماري والبطالة في مصر خلال فترة الدراسة \\ _ دراسة العلاقة بين التضخُم والإنفاق الاستثماري على البطالة فى مصر خلال فترة الدراسة. The importance of the research is in determining the interactive impact between inflation and unemployment in the light of the rate of development of investment spending as an intermediate factor between them in light of targeting inflation or not targeting it. Targeting inflation is important when developing and guiding economic policies to reduce the problem of Inflation and Unemployment. Accordingly, the main objective of this research is to analyze the causal relationship between inflation and unemployment, with the rate of development of investment spending as an intermediate factor between them in light of inflation targeting or not targeting inflation during the period (1990/1991_2015/2016). This is done through: _ Studying the evolution of both inflation and unemployment and the rate of investment spending development in Egypt during the study period _ Estimating the impact of an inflationary targeting base on study variables _ Studying the relationship between inflation and unemployment in Egypt during the study period _ Study the relationship between investment spending and unemployment in Egypt during the study period _ Study the relationship between inflation and investment spending on unemployment in Egypt during the study period.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018. |
