| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مدى توافر الكفايات الشخصية والتعليمية لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال في مدارس مديريات التربية والتعليم في كل من الكرك والقصر والمزار والأغوار الجنوبية من وجهة نظرهن من خلال استبانة أعدت لتحقيق الهدف من الدراسة تضمنت (17) كفاية شخصية، و(30) كفاية تعليمية، وطبقت على عينة اختيرت بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية قوامها (75) معلمة، وقد اعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وبعد تحليل النتائج توصل الباحث إلى أن الكفايات الشخصية والتعليمية المتضمنة في الاستبانة تعتبر مهمة وأساسية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال، وتتمتع معلمة رياض الأطفال بقدر كاف من الكفايات الشخصية اللازمة للتعامل مع أطفال الروضة، وتعاني ضعفا في بعض الكفايات التعليمية؛ مثل توظيف التكنولوجيا في تعليم الأطفال، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجة تمكن معلمات رياض الأطفال من الكفايات الشخصية والتعليمية يعزي لمتغير سنوات الخبرة. This study aimed to identify the availability of personal Competencies and education to the kindergarten teachers in the schools of the departments of Education for the regions of Karak and Al-Qaser and Almazar and Southern Ghor from their perspective through a questionnaire prepared for the achievement of the objective of the study included (17) personal adequacy and (30) educational adequacy and applied to the selected sample chosen randomly (75) teachers, and the researcher has been adopted Researcher descriptive analytical method and has been adopted after the analysis of the results, the researcher suggested that the Competencies of personal and educational contained in the questionnaire are important and essential for kindergarten teachers. The kindergarten teacher with adequate personal Competencies is necessary for dealing with kindergarten children, and suffered weakness in some educational Competencies such as the use of technology in the education of children and lack of statistically significant differences between the mean score enables the kindergarten of personal Competencies and educational parameters due to the variable years of experience. |
