Therefore, sports media is the main pillar in building society, especially while keeping pace with the current developments. Since sports media has many roles that work on forming an individual's personality and taking care of it from all its different aspects, according to the changes occurring in the life stages of this individual, perhaps among the most important of these aspects, we find mental health as an essential aspect for the individual in order to coexist with himself and with others, which provides him with safety and psychological comfort, as well as overcoming the difficulties encountered during his different life stages, especially adolescence with its three stages.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021 | ||
