| 520 | |a سنتطرق في هذا المقال إلى أهم المتغيرات التي أفرزتها بيئة الشرق الأوسط والبيئة الدولية وما لها من تأثير مباشر وغير مباشر على توجهات ومواقف السياسة الخارجية التركية تجاه النزاع في سوريا، وذلك من خلال التطرق إلى علاقات تركيا مع بعض الفواعل في الشرق الأوسط، و الدول الكبرى في العلاقات الدولية، التي لها تأثير ودور كبير في الشرق الأوسط في ظل سياسة خارجية تركية جديدة ترفض نهج السياسة الخارجية الرجعية والتي تطور مواقفها إزاء قضايا بيئتها الإقليمية والدولية، آخذة بعين الاعتبار شروطها الخاصة مع تبني نظرية الدور كمقاربة نظرية منهجية للتقرب من الظاهرة موضوع الدراسة. | ||
| 520 | |b The aim of this article is to shed a light on the most regional and international variables that have an obvious impact on the Turkish foreign policy roleduring the governance of the justice and development party towards the Middle East. However Turkey has a clear vision since 2002, the period that the Justice and Development Party won the elections in Turkey, which see that Turkey is not only a terminal State as was seen during the cold war, but a State has the ability to be a central State and to play a major role in the middle east. Since the 2010 the period that the Arab arena knew some political movements started in Tunisia and then to other nearly most Arab countries against their political regimes, what makes that influenced the roles a lot of international and regional actors, so our question is how can these roles of some international and regional actors influence the Turkish role in the middle east during the Syrian conflict? | ||
