| المستخلص: | يهدف هذا البحث إلى تصميم استراتيجية مقترحة لتطوير نظام الإشراف التربوي في التربية العملية في مجال التربية الرياضية لطلاب قسم التربية البدنية والرياضية بكلية التربية البدنية والرياضية بجامعة السودان للعلوم والتكنولوجيا بالسودان. وتم تصميم استمارتين استبيان واحدة للطلاب المعلمين وأخرى لهيئة التدريس (المشرفين). وقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج المسحي الوصفي لمناسبته وطبيعة هذا البحث وطبق البحث على عينة الطلاب المعلمين وهيئة التدريس (المشرفين) وعددهم (90) فردا، تضمنت (60) طالبا وطالبة و(30) مشرفا ومشرفة ولمعالجة البيانات إحصائي استخدمت الباحثان النسبة المئوية والوزن الترجيحي ومعاملات الارتباط ومعامل ألفا كرومباخ. وتوصلت إلى نتائج البحث متمثلة في أهم الإيجابيات والسلبيات التي تعكس الواقع في التربية العملية في مجال التربية أهم الإيجابيات: يرشح القسم المشرفين بناء على خبراتهم السابقة في مجال الإشراف على التربية العملية أهم السلبيات عدم مشاركة المشرفون للطلاب المعلمين في وضع خطة عمل لتنفيذ أهداف التربية العملية. وبناء على ما أسفرت عنه نتائج هذا البحث فقد أوصى الباحثان بضرورة وضع معيار خاص لاختيار المشرفين التربويين للإشراف على التربية العملية. The research aims at designing a suggested designing for the development of educational supervision for the students of the in the field of the sports education – at the Sudan University, and that is for Sciences, and technology in the Sudan. There are two forms have been designed for the Questionnaire, one of them for the teaching students and the other one for the teaching stuff (The supervisors). The researcher has used the surveying syllabus and the descriptive one as it is suitable and for its nature of this research and the research has been applied according the teaching students' samples and the sample of the teaching staff (the supervisors), and their number is (90) ninety individual." Which included (60) sixty person of the students from both sexes and (30) thirty of the supervisors from both sexes For treating the data according to the statistics "the researcher has used the percentage and the weighing for the differentiation and knowing the difference and the treatment of the connections and the laboratories of Fakrombakh. Thus, the results have been reached for the research are represented in the most of the positive and the negative which reflect the reality of the practical education in the field of the field of the sports education in the Sudan, and one of the most important positive s and negatives at first":- The most important positive: The section shall nominates the supervisors according to their previous experiences in the field of the supervision on the practical education. Second: The most important negativities: The supervisors mustn’t share the teaching students in laying down the plan for the fulfilling of the practical educational training, the most important of them: There is a necessity to put down an special level for the choice of the educational supervisors, so as to supervise the practical education, and that is in the light of the availability of the necessary supervision sufficiency. |
