| المستخلص: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان دور رخصة التجزئة الصناعية في إحداث وحدات عقارية مهيأة على العقار الصناعي التابع للأملاك الخاصة للدولة، بشكل يجعله قابلاً للاستغلال وفقاً للغرض المخصص له، طبقاً لأدوات التهيئة والتعمير، وذلك من خلال التعريف بهذه الرخصة وتحديد نطاق تطبيقها، وكيفيات الحصول عليها وتنفيذ التزامات التهيئة المفروضة من خلالها وفقاً للملف القانوني والتقني المرفق بها. Cette étude est pour objet de démontrer le role du permis de lottissement industriel dans l’institution des unités foncières aménagées sur le foncier industriel rlevant du domaine privé de l’Etat, de sorte qu’il soit exploitable selon l’objectif auquel il est destiné, suivant les instruments d’aménagement et d’urbanisme, et ce en faisant connaitre ce permis, et aussi en déterminant le champ de son application, les modalités de son obtention et en exécutant des obligations d’aménagemant qu’il exige suivant le dossier juridique et technique qui y est annexé. This study aims to show the role of the industrial, retail license in creating ready-made real estate units on the industrial estate of the private property of the state, in a way that makes it capable of exploitation according to the purpose assigned to it, according to the preparation and reconstruction tools, by defining this license and defining the scope of its application, how to obtain it, and the implementation of the initialization obligations imposed through it in accordance with the legal and technical file attached to it.
