This is done to reassure every one of his money and property by requiring any aggressor about the just compensation of the damage caused by laying his hands on those funds and properties, and thus life becomes secure and comfortable. The researcher pointed out the sections of laying hands on the properties of others, and stated the principle which determines the amount of compensation to be paid if damage occurred to the properties the aggressor took hold of. He also sheds light upon the jurisprudential rulings in the doctrines of the four Islamic jurists. | ||
